Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Caumont-sur-Aure

The gite was great, it was very clean with plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. The countryside location is lovely. It is conveniently located for visiting D day beaches and Bayeux and easy to get to Caen ferry port. Veronique and Thierry were very welcoming and quick to respond to any queries we had. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

we hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in jullie mooie woning. Het ontbrak aan niets. Onze kleinzoon van 1 jaar, heeft genoten van al het speelgoed en de tuin. Ook hebben veel van de festiviteiten van D-Day mee gemaakt. En ook het weer zat mee. We zullen jullie huis aanprijzen bij familie en vrienden. Groetjes en bedankt van ons allemaal.

Maryse, Phillipe & family were very welcoming and friendly from the start. They speak very little English, but I speak very little French - this is no problem as they are always smiling and very helpful and for me this just enhances the experience. There is lots of space for vehicles, and they even let me store my motorbike in their shed. The Gite is absolutely immaculate! As soon as you enter the door it smells so fresh and clean, you can tell a lot of effort goes into the cleaning regime at this property, perfect. The shower is incredible too!It has everything you need for you stay and is very comfortable. Thank you Maryse & Philipe, I hope to see you again in the future.

Logement très spacieux, très bien équipé et accueillant. Quelques chocolats nous attendaient à l’arrivée: nous avons trouvé cette petite attention très délicate. Le logement était parfaitement équipé pour un long séjour. Idéal pour un long séjour.

Parfait ! Un hôte très réactif et à l’écoute des demandes. Un très bel endroit qui nous a permis de nous ressourcer le soir après 5j intenses de visite de la Normandie et des festivités du débarquement ! :)

Petit logement très sympa au milieu de la nature, très reposant, super !

L'hôte était accueillant et nous a tout de suite donner les informations pour accéder au logement. L'emplacement est parfait car en plein centre de Bayeux et a 2 min de la cathédrale. Je recommande vivement le propriétaire et le logement.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Milene’s place. It was so clean, just as pictured, plenty of coffee, comfortable beds. We could not have found a better place to stay. Conveniently and centrally located with great restaurants and attractions nearby. I would totally recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view was amazing and the place had everything we were looking for. The host was very responsive when we needed to reach her. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to get away from the city for a few days.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was flawlessly cleaned and really comfortable. The bathroom shower is particularly great and we enjoyed the view of town from the balcony and the farms out the back window. The place made for a great home base while we explored some of the surrounding area in Normandy. Would recommend!

Merci Guillaume pour ce logement, il est parfait ! Très bien placé et sécurisé. Vous vous trouvez dans un lieu paisible. Guillaume est un homme sympathique et réactif. N'hésitez plus !! Proche du logement je recommande : Burger de Colette et Sacrée Crème pour un bon dessert.

Alison has a few gites available and mine was absolutely perfect. I wanted piece and quiet and wasn't disappointed. I didn't explore beyond the gardens apart from a trip to get groceries. The garden is full of flowers and is beautiful. Alison is English so communication was excellent for me and I believe she's fluent in French too. I wouldn't hesitate rebooking this gite in the future.

Très agréable séjour dans le beau logement de Thierry..clair, très fonctionnel aménagé avec beaucoup de goût . Une bonne bouteille de cidre à notre arrivée !! et un salon de jardin dès le lendemain pour profiter pleinement du beau temps . Ne pas manquer Clecy et son musée miniature, à 30 mn ..

Good location in the centre of town close to everything (including Juno Beach Centre). On the third floor so lots of stair climbing. Apartment is small but cute and the sofa bed is very comfortable.

Wie kann man es am besten beschreiben wenn man sich in einer Airbnb-Unterkunft wie eine Prinzessin gefühlt hat?🥰 Die 1899 gebaute Villa La Sapinière liegt ruhig in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Anne hatte uns vor unserer Ankunft schon ausführliche Informationen über die genaue Lage der Wohnung geschickt. In der Wohnung lag außerdem noch ein nützliches Handbuch. Beim Betreten der Wohnung stieg uns gleich ein sehr angenehmer Duft in die Nase und auch die Handseife hat sehr gut gerochen. Für unseren Hund lag unter der Treppe im Eingangsbereich ein Handtuch bereit was wir sehr geschätzt haben, da es gerade stark geregnet hatte. Im Kühlschrank warteten Orangensaft und Wasser auf uns. Das Appartement ist ein wunderschönes, helles Atelier mit farblich perfekt aufeinander abgestimmter, sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Es war alles makellos sauber und das Schlafzimmer mit dem Teppichboden war unglaublich gemütlich. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt sehr auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt dort❤ Danke Anne!

Прекрасное место для отдыха. Частная территория с паркингом,видом на залив.В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.Хозяин лично нас встретил рассказал и все показал. Спасибо большое . Обязательно еще вернемся летом

My son and I stayed 2 nights in Yannicks apartment, it has restored my faith in air bnb after a dreadful experience in Paris, the apartment is better than the pictures, the location is 10/10, the apartment was immaculately clean, I slept on the sofa and it was the most comfortable bed I have slept in since arriving in France 1 week ago. The town of Bayeux is the prettiest town I have ever seen and the apartment was 5 minutes walk to everything we needed. THANK YOU for allowing us to stay in your amazing apartment Yannick.

El apartamento es estupendo. Está bien equipado. Olivier ha sido muy atento y ha resuelto nuestras preguntas. El lugar es muy bonito y es un punto de partida ideal para visitar las playas del Desembarco y la parte de L,Havre. Muy cerca de la playa. Lo recomiendo 100%

Court séjour pour deux nuits, merci à Marie-Hélène pour sa sympathie et son accueil. Nous ne nous sommes pas croisés en vrai mais elle est restée extrêmement disponible par message et à veillé à ce que tout se passe bien. Logement impeccable et fidèle à la description, arrivée autonome très pratique. Merci nous reviendrons sans hésiter si l'occasion de revenir dans le coin se présente !

Beautiful apartment, very neat and clean, comfortable, in a perfect location. Very peaceful, could hear the cathedral bells when we opened the windows. Really appreciated the helpful recommendations on nearby amenities. Samuel was very responsive. Highly recommend!
