Very friendly family that will meet you, welcome you and even give you some home made treats. A cool and comfortable place to spend a day or two. Be aware that the second bed is a bit shorter for an adult. Recommend!

Very nice apartment in the center of Kutaisi. The location was very central and you could walk everywhere. It was a bit noisy in the evening but it was in the city center. The communication was very good. Mariam is proactive and helped us with our needs immediately! She got us a parking permit and we were able to store our luggage for longer. We can highly recommend this accommodation and Mariam and look forward to staying there again in a few days. Thank you very much!

Потрясающее место с невероятным видом на весь Тбилиси. Чисто, уютно и просторно. Самые лучше впечатления. Необходимо подниматься в гору и по лестнице минут 10, чтобы дойти до квартиры. Но это того стоит. Мы получили самые лучшие впечатления от этого места. Отдельное спасибо за помощь хозяина квартиры во всем. Все вопросы решались мгновенно. Лучший отдых в Тбилиси. И самая красивая квартира.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

Joni’s home is exactly in city center. I reached to all touristy places with only a walk. The home is same like photos. There were everything I need in the home. Thank you

Amazing spacious apartment! It was perfect for our gathering of three people. The balcony overlooking a Trinity church was a big bonus. The place is very close to metro, grocery shops and its in walking distance to all major attractions of old Tbilisi. We'll definitely stay again!

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It was clean and comfortable. The location was great - lots to do in the area and a beautiful part of the city. The hosts were also very helpful and kind. They responded quickly and even came out to the apartment to help us with a small issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfectly clean and well-kept, with all the amenities we needed. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The view from the bedroom was stunning — we even got to watch a beautiful thunderstorm through the window, like a free show from nature. Would absolutely stay again!

This was the best airbnb we stayed in our gerogian Trip. It was clean, comfortable and very good located. The host was really nice and helped us with questions and recommodations. especially she answered super Quick. unfortunately we just stayed one night.

Small but cosy flat in the Vake area - very conveniently located, lots of nice restaurants nearby, and plenty of places to walk around. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, recommend it!

One of the best Airbnb's I've been in! Totally worth it!

Мы останавливались в этом жилье в конце мая 2025 года. Это уютные апартаменты, чисто, тихо, удобный матрас и подушки. Мы прекрасно выспались. Хозяйка встретила нас в очень позднее время, мы без проблем заселились. Утром нас ждал вкуснейший завтрак - оладушки с вареньем и медом и свежая выпечка. Очень неожиданно и очень приятно и вкусно! Хозяева были радушными и доброжелательными. Вид из окна на Казбек- это отдельные незабываемые впечатления. Горячо рекомендую данные апартаменты всем для посещения и сама буду с удовольствием посещать эту семью снова.

This was my first trip to Tbilisi, and Vano was extremely helpful with his info on checking in. The place was perfect for what I wanted. Great view and was in a perfect part of town. Vano was always responsive if I had a question. Checking out was a breeze as well. In short visiting Georgia was one my greatest life experiences and I’d truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cool place to stay during your time.

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento è andato bene. E' completo di tutto il necessario, la comunicazione con il nostro Host Michael, è stata molto chiara, ha risposto anche quando ho scritto in orari serali. Appartamento centrale, è possibile raggiungere molte zone del centro in 10/ 15 minuti! Interessante anche la vista dall'appartamento =). Grazie!

Лали хорошая женщина, все объяснила до мелочей. Есть парковка под домом у нее под оенами машину поставить можно. Так же каартира чистая, единственное что кухня , там не приготовишь ничего особо и если вы не взяли с собой шлепки то вы замерзните и намочите ноги в ванной. Но мы только ночевали в квартире цена положение и прочее 10/10, рекомендую

We had fantastic time at the apartment! Everything was as described, the apartment was spotless and lovely design. Mziko always responded quickly to our messages and even made possible to check-in earlier. In a very lively neighborhood, walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. The balcony is a very nice touch. We’d definitely stay here again ♥️
