Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Caucasus

This is a great apartment in the center of Baku, right next to the Caspian Sea embankment. Across the street there is a large comfortable park, which is very pleasant to walk in, and a beautiful promenade. There are many incredible gourmet restaurants and coffee shops where you can have a snack. I had problems with hot water, but the owner quickly solved them. Thanks to this place and the owner!

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Quentin’s place in Gudauri. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking—far beyond our expectations! It felt like waking up in a dream every morning with snow-covered mountains right outside the window. What made the experience even more special was Quentin’s hospitality. I had forgotten my international charger, and he went above and beyond—not only did he help me charge my power bank, but he also personally went shop to shop trying to find a charger for me. That kind of effort truly touched me. The apartment itself was cozy and modern, with a lovely projector setup in the living room. We watched movies with the kids and they absolutely loved it. Hot water was always available, and the entire stay was comfortable and seamless. Quentin was always quick to respond and very attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Gudauri—an amazing host and an unforgettable view!

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. We spent 4 unforgettable days in this home in March 2025 with our whole family — we gathered in Yerevan to celebrate the birthday of our mom, grandmother and wife. There were 9 of us, and everyone was very happy with our stay. Cozy atmosphere, spacious rooms, a view of Mount Ararat, and peaceful surroundings — everything you need for a true getaway. We started each morning with a swim in the pool and a sauna session, despite the chilly weather. Played ball with the kids in the yard, and in the evenings we gathered in the living room as a family — watching movies, playing games, and having heartfelt conversations. During the day, we explored the city easily accessible by quick taxi drive. The kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — we cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners ourselves. Huge thanks to the caring, hospitable, and attentive host Davit — the house is warm, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a family home. We’d certainly love to come back.

Great place, very comfortable.

Lovely apartment next to the head of the street. Shops and cafes are just around the corner. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. Sleep comfortably, quiet, you can't hear the neighbors!!! No one walks on top. Comfortable mattress, great pillows, nice bedding. We lived before in another apartment and there was very poor soundproofing. We constantly heard the neighbors talking behind the wall. Sleep is great here! This apartment has a large number of dishes, it is convenient to cook. Responsive and polite host, always available. Very Pure! If this apartment is available on our next trip, we will live only here:) Thank very much

Place is just great. Freshly renovated apartment with everything you could need. Even though there is no sea view - 13 th floor views are still amazing. The host is very helpful and friendly - always responds within 15 minutes:) great place!

This is an easy review. This rental is like staying in a nice hotel room, but with a kitchen. It's new (or new-looking), comfortable, and convenient. Very good price value. And the owner is professional and helpful. In short, I had a good time here.
