We spent a week at the apartment, and it was an excellent experience! We felt 100% at home. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The balcony was spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. Absolutely 5 stars in every category—we will definitely come back again!

Ho trascorso 6 notti nella sistemazione di La è devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo!, zona molto centrica con tutto quello che hai bisogno a pochi passi, pure la fermata della Metro Rustaveli si trova a pochi minuti a piedi. L'appartamento è esattamente come presentato in foto molto pulito e molto curarato. Ringrazio tanto a La!! non posso dire altro che Consigliatissimo!!.

We had a wonderful stay — everything was just right. The flat is spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The location is perfect! The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout. We really liked it and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Galit's appartment. The location and all amenities were top notch. Felt completely at home in her space. One of the best Air BnBs we have visited till now. Would surely recommend to everyone.

We are very pleased to stay in Shako’s apartment, very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to big super market like Goodwill. And easy to get around by taxi. I already felt like home after one week stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this will be a good choice.

Комфортне розташування, чиста оселя, для мене це найважливіше для подорожі) Обовʼязково відвідайте Тбілісі, це неперевершене, красиве місто з добрими людьми🫶🏼

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎

i loved Mariam’s place! Place has super light in the day time. Peaceful local apartment with Italian yard, nice neighborhood. Totally would stay again! ❤️

Die Wohnung ist einen wirklich guten Zustand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist super. Guter Standort, das Zentrum ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Natur auch nicht weit entfernt. Würde mich wieder für Tamar‘s Air BnB entscheiden! Vielen dank

منزل السيدة ملك من اروع المنازل التي سكنت بها في رحلتي ، استقبلتنا ببشاشه وكرم ، تتمتع في هذا المنزل بمنظر البحر ومنظر الجبل والطبيعه ، وسط انواع من الفواكه والخضروات التي سمحت لنا بقطفها واكلها السيدة ملك وزوجها ، عائلة كريمة مضيافة من امتع تجاربي بتركيا السكن في منزلهم ، سأكرر الزيارة بالتأكيد باذن الله وستكون مدة أطول ان شاء الله .

Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation war blitzschnell und immer freundlich und hilfreich. Vielen Dank an Mari. Hoffentlich bis bald!

We had a lovely stay ! The location is great: we did not take any public transport during our 10 days stay. It is quite noisy because of cars and nearby bars so we kept windows closed. The apartment has everything we needed and the rooms are well isolated from each other. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back here !

I've stayed here for the whole season. What can I say.. this apt worth the price in full! Ana was super helpful and responsive, my inquires were solved very fast. Reception host (it is an apart-hotel) was also very friendly and helpfull, she speaks English well enough. It may seem that location is remote, but it is wrong: it's only 15 mins on foot to the city center. Big Nikora supermarket is just 2 minutes away and you can buy everything you need there. Buses to the slopes started to run 2 weeks after the start of the season, the bus stop is right near Nikora. They pads by every 30 mins, you can get both to Didveli and Kohta fast. Apartment was equipped with everything I've ever needed. If something was wrong, i could always contact reception and they will solve it fast. Surroundings are quiet and peaceful, though you need to note, that this is the Family apart hotel and there are a lot of families with kids during the winter holidays. Overall the price/qual is best in Bakuriani

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Very very good place, everything extremely high quality and best view in Tbilisi. Mamuka is probably the most helpful and responsive host I have ever had - and as you can see on my profile, I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs If you want quality and are willing to pay for it, this is the place Highly recommend

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view. Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Отличные, чистые и очень уютные аппартаменты. Есть все необходимое для жизни как дома. Есть собственная территория ЖК с бассейном и детской площадкой. Также есть охраняемая парковка для машин.

Не могу не написать отзыв о нашей остановке в отеле: Lazare family!Мы в восторге от хозяина Гочи и его отеля! Отель совершенно новый и красивый! Гоча проектировал и строил его сам! Все сделано с большой душой, очень удобно, красиво, стильно! Расположен отель , в старом мандариновом саду, много зелени, красивый вид! В 10 мин. ходьбы находятся маркеты, кафе, аптеки и остановка автобуса, для поездки в центр Батуми! Хозяин Гоча и его жена Руссико, сами встречают гостей, окружают их заботой, готовы помочь в любом вопросе, создают атмосферу безопасности, комфорта и доброты! Очень рекомендую этот отель, мы обязательно сюда вернёмся! Ой , чуть не забыла , мы приехали с маленькой собачкой и нашему питомцу все были очень рады!
