Monthly Rentals in Cauca River

The apartment is in a great location. It is very walkable, and restaurants, coffee shops, a gym, and grocery stores are all relatively close. I stayed for a month and worked from the apartment. It's close to Provenza but not so close that you hear the nightlife.

What an absolute dream! If you like the outdoors and being among nature, you can stop your search of the perfect place in Medellín, because you just found it. Not just one large balcony, but TWO. Large windows let in the light and fresh air (the cross breeze was amazing!), plants strategically placed outside for maximum privacy, and lush green was out every window. Several comfortable outdoor seating options were available as well. This could be the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed at, and the included weekly cleanings were literal 5-star quality. The full kitchen and stacked washer & dryer were great, and the workspace made it easy for me to work remotely during my time here. Mateo was a FANTASTIC host and was always super quick to replies, gave lots of great local recommendations, and was proactive. The security that works at the building were all amazing also. Bonus: one of the balconies looks down on the building's dog area. I can't recommend Mateo's place more highly!

I lived in Medellín for two months, and this apartment was my home during that time. It’s a welcoming, safe, and cozy spot with a great location. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is a nice bonus, offering a great view while drinking your morning coffee. Cristian is an outstanding host, super responsive and always willing to help. That said, be aware—this apartment is LOUD. Being on a busy street, there is constant noise around the clock, from traffic to city sounds. If you plan to work or are a light sleeper, noise-canceling headphones are a must. Cristian provides earplugs, but if you’re staying long-term, I’d recommend bringing your own.

Wow!!! I can’t say enough good things about this airbnb apartment. The hosts are wonderful and they really care about their guests. The apartment has very nice style and has everything you need. Comfy bed, rotating tv, nice balcony with view and BBQ. Apartment facilities are nice. Location is one of best zones of Medellin and it is filled with many good restaurants and cafes. Also has big park, supermarkets and pharmacies close by. 5 stars.
