Monthly Rentals in Catlins River

We had the pleasure of a second stay at Skylark B&B! It was a great spot to explore the Catlins from, but we most loved the comfort and views from our room, the farm tour and the hospitality of and visits with Melanie and Karl! A must stop, and a wonderful way to end our time in NZ! Per my husband "a beautiful and peaceful place, with gracious and accommodating hosts!"

We've stayed here before - it's a great place for a family to stay. Great view, roomy, very clean, and nice to have both a heat pump and wood burner. Big kitchen with nice sharp knives for food prep. Bathroom was very tidy with nice soap. Beautiful sunsets, great swimming beach, easy to pop to Balclutha for groceries. You can explore the Catlins and come home to a cozy home - highly recommend.

The place is located in a very lovely area, we really appreciate the decoration and set up of the room. Jo left some handmade cookies for us which is really tasty. Definitely worth staying.

Great value for money, about 10 minutes drive from Nugatka lighthouse.The accommodation environment is good, there is a kitchen where you can cook, and I am very satisfied in all aspects.
