Experience history within the walls of this well-kept apartment with 18th-century furnishings, barrel vaults, terracotta floors and works of art, but without sacrificing modern comfort and some contemporary design pieces: a combination that will captivate you. The living area includes the kitchen (equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, pots and dishes) and the living area with a sofa bed (160x200cm) and TV. The furnishings between the 1700s and contemporary design include, among other things, an 18th century corner cabinet, a Louis Philippe bookcase, a Louis XVI lacquered column cabinet, 4 Plia design chairs, and a Bach floor lamp that, together with the paintings, make the environment authentic and unique. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm), while the bathroom has a shower (70x90 cm), toilet, washing machine. Two large windows with acoustic glass, mosquito nets, blackout curtains and armored shutters overlook a pretty square dating back to the mid-1200s, which guarantees the house quiet and tranquility. The apartment has air conditioning, a heat pump and heating. Our guests will have access to all areas of the house. Our guests can count on availability both on-site and remotely. Based on their needs, we can share some moments of their stay or guarantee discreet availability. The apartment is in a pedestrian area in the heart of Florence's historic center, a stone's throw from the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, and not far from Ponte Vecchio and the San Lorenzo Market. The house is located in the oldest part of the city, a stone's throw from the Roman decumanus, and is located in a medieval building of which some architectural elements are still visible such as a fragment of an arch, pietra serena jambs and brick vaults. The location guarantees to experience the historic center of Florence in the full of its beauty and liveliness. The apartment was completely restored in September 2018 and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Wonderful and relaxing 59 mq apartment literally located at 1 sec walk from the Duomo in historical and elegant Medici palace. In the pedestrian and historic center. You can easily walk in to all places of interest: the Accademia, Uffizi, and all the intresting place are a few steps on foot. It enjoys a wonderful view of Duomo and the Giotto tower It's romantic and silent, and also suitable for children and older people, for the proximity to all places of interest and a spacious lift.
