Holiday rentals with beach access in Catanzaro

Only, unfortunately, 4 magnificent days, for the hospitality, the house, the location, the sea, the veranda. Sciacca and his wife were very helpful from the moment, as if we had always known each other. We'll be back.

The place is very quiet, relaxing and peaceful. It is ideal for relaxing with the bamvini. Unfortunately, they only had two days. Next time, we'll get better organized and try to stay longer. The welcome is the availability, super!

My wife and I vacationed in Italy for 6 weeks. For our last 2 weeks we stayed in Tropea. We were not disappointed! Giulio's apartment was spacious and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The place is right in the town with lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The beach is amazing. The water is crystal clear. We swam everyday. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station, so if you're not traveling by car it is very convenient to do day trips to other towns like Pizzo or Scilla (which we did!) When we arrived in Tropea we were met at the apartment by a young man who got us into the apartment and showed us how everything works and answered all our questions. Giulio is a wonderful host! He was always immediately responsive and gave many recommendations. Tropea is a lovely coastal town! We walked everywhere as we explored the town and the locals are very friendly. We would love to return and rent Giulio's place again!!

Andrea is a wonderful host! She takes great care of Nina's house and her guests. Any of our issues or difficulties were resolved immediately. We didn't know there was no public transport in Santa Catarina and Andrea himself offered to pick us up from the train station. This is more than we expected! The apartment is very tidy, spacious, comfortable to spend a whole day in it when you don't want to go for a walk. There is a patio with a grill. You're free to help Andrea if you need it. The internet, as Andrea provided, works perfectly, and you can work remotely. The sea in May is still cold, but you can spend many hours on the beach, sunbathing and relaxing - to the beach from Andrea's house you have 50 meters in a straight line. Fairytale!!! Wonderful place, wonderful time. We'll be back for sure! We highly recommend this place

Our stay in Praialonga was absolutely a treasure. From start to finish Caterina was absolutely a lovely host and goes above beyond and made our stay lovely. We absolutely loved the welcoming touch with homemade muffins. We look forward to coming back to the region again. The place is exactly as pictured. I already miss the sounds of the sea. We were pampered by the warm waters of the sea of Davoli and the attention of Antonino, a fantastic host who I highly recommend that our stay was as comfortable as possible, a kind and non-intrusive present, an exceptional location very comfortable to the sea and the center but at the same time quiet and quiet, which is still true, so they only make beautiful Calabria shine even more, thank you and we will be back again for sure

Antonella's residence is equipped with all possible amenities and is a short walk from the sea. We found it in perfect condition and spent 8 days of true relaxation. A particularly positive dimension for a family with a small child. We felt right at home.

Thanks to Franco for her warm welcome! He picked us up by car from the airport which was extremely convenient. The house is very quiet with 2 terrases and a garden and looks like the photos. Franco is very responsive and has good advice! He brightened up our stay. Just be careful if no car as there are practically no sidewalks and cars go fast.

The apartment was well laid out and super clean. The host was also very kind. Moreover, he had us check-in even at 12:30 pm.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Salvatore is at the top, he welcomed us very warmly, he recommended nearby restaurants as well as beaches and viewpoints, the accommodation is impeccable small quiet residence with swimming pool and sunbathing. Frankly impeccable, I'm really satisfied. Thanks again and see you soon!

Incredible place, exactly as announced and extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and it is beautiful as in the pictures. The place is close to an amazing view, good restaurants and the main beach. I highly recommend this place.

Graziella's home was beautiful and clean and it had everything i needed and more. Graziella was so kind and welcoming and she made sure i had everything i needed and even had breakfast items for me. She is truly a wonderful host. It was a perfect place to get away from the chaos of the bigger busier cities and relax in San Lucido beautiful quaint seaside town. There is a bus that comes through town a few times a day and the local tobacco shop sells train and bus tickets, but it only has one train. The adjacent towns are also very quaint and beautiful. There are a couple grocery stores and several shops in town that are very reasonably priced. People are warm and friendly and very helpful. The little town below can get lively and loud but the town shuts down very early. A car to see the beautiful surrounding area is definitely recommended. Paola has a few options but you will have to book in advance.

Good location for walking around the centre. Cristian was a great host and gave recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. Good cafes and supermarkets within walking distance.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

A beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a piece of garden at guests' disposal. The home is clean and well-maintained. Beautiful beaches nearby. Domenico is always helpful and communicative. We recommend it for guests with a car who are looking for peace and relaxation.

Our Little piece of Paradise in Pizzo! This apartment had it all and was so adorable. We were unlucky with the weather in Pizzo with lots of rain but wow did we love our apartment! The gas fireplace saved the day / days for us. It made our time there super cozy and comfortable. The view on one of the sunny days was beautiful. The apartment was perfect for the three of us traveling and my mom of 81 was even able to get around just fine. Super clean, new and cozy. Great stay all around. And our hosts were great! Thank you
