The apartment, almost entirely facing the sea, is a recent renovation of a house from the early 1900s: - the dining/living area opens directly onto the garden and is equipped for every need - The double bedroom has an exclusive bathroom -an additional living room has two sofa beds and another bathroom. The parking is private, as is the descent to the Scardamiano seafront of AciCastello, full of bathing establishments equipped with every service. You can walk to the center of Acitrezza in a few minutes.

Casa del Pardo is located in the well-known historic building "Sammartino del Pardo", an 18th-century building, located in Via Garibaldi in one of the most picturesque corners of the Cathedral of Catania. From the apartment you can enjoy the folkloristic view of the fish market, Piazza Alonzo Di Benedetto and the domes of the Cathedral.
