Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Cataloochee

Unbelievable views, saw bears outside a few times, plenty of space for parking, fun times as a family playing in the gameroom and sitting on the balconies.

Beautiful view of the mountains very cozy spot to hang out for a few days and over all an amazing experience

We had an amazing time at the Broadleaf’s Place. The view was stunning and the house had everything to make you feel at home. Our favorite spot were the balconies. Every balcony has amazing views. The Jacuzzi very spacious. the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen the coffee stations we give it a 10/10. we are coffee lovers. Highly recommended . We had the best Christmas time:

Collin’s place was a beautiful, well-furnished, and well-equipped home. We had everything we needed for to cook Thanksgiving for 7 and plenty of things to do while we waited for our delicious meal, including puzzles, pool table, ping pong, a gas fireplace, and a movie room. The surrounding views were lovely and the sunset in the hot tub was a perfect way to end our last night.

The description to the house was accurate and actually looked better in person than in the photos. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 with our pups for a family Christmas vacation. The house is literally right next to the newly renovated Hatley Pointe boutique ski resort and minutes away from tubing. We did experience an unfortunate event where there was a blockage in the main plumbing line to the house that resulted in a toilet and shower downstairs overflowing. We did have to move out of downstairs for several days while the area was cleaned. Daniel did respond right away and was willing to give back a partial refund that we agreed on for the inconvenience. While the house could use some TLC (in regards to leaky pipes and mattress upgrades), it was a good value for the money, the location is unbeatable, and the communication from Daniel was 5 stars.

The house was immaculate and modern. The game room was great and helped to keep the teens busy and happy. The hot tub was huge and overlooked the most beautiful view. The host was so very nice, checking in on us and making sure we had everything we need. And what a bonus to have access to the community fitness center and pools!

Such a beautiful 3 floor cabin. Had a gorgeous view waking up to every morning. Had lots of board games, and cards available for my kids to play, which was a plus while everyone else was trying to get ready to head out. It was a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to get to all the main attractions. This was a perfect place for a big family, lots of beds in every room, and the dining room table was the perfect size Will definitely be coming back.

The pictures do not do this place justice! Tami’s home was absolutely stunning and we felt right at home during our stay. It is even bigger in person than the pictures make it seem! The place was spotless and very cozy. The view was absolutely gorgeous and one of the best parts of our stay. Tami was very responsive when I needed to reach out. If you are looking for a quiet get away - this is the place to be! We will absolutely be booking with Tami again if we find ourselves in the area!

Great place to stay for a quick ski trip to cataloochee as its just right up the road

We had such a wonderful time with family here up in the mountains. We looked forward to Dollywood, Downtown Gatlinburg and seeing bears. It was the last night we got to see a few of them. They were so quick to respond to any questions and concerns. This was the perfect location and easy to get to all of the things we had on our to do list.

We loved staying in the tower! The view was spectacular from the top floor. It was so peaceful to sit there after a long day of hiking and watch the clouds. We also enjoyed the outdoor deck with rocking chairs. The location is convenient to the main road without being busy or noisy.

Very nice place and very private. It was very easy to get too the cabin. Cabin was very clean and we felt right at home. There was some construction next door with a new place going up but you could not hear the noise and it was still very peaceful. We will be staying at this cabin again.

Beautiful place for our family to stay.

Judy was a very warm, welcoming, and friendly host. We felt very much at home. The room was clean as was the bathroom. No noise or nightly interruptions. Peaceful and relaxing environment.

When we arrived it was snowing which added to the beautiful location and the views and sunset are stunning

Perfect place for our family to spread out or gather together. Well suited for a mixture of night owls and early birds since there were multiple gathering spaces. Hot tub was great for after a hike; enjoyed the pool table and grill as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all meals. We also appreciated not having to bring a pack n play since one is provided. Hosts responded remarkably quickly to any question and were a delight to work with. We all had a wonderful time.

Having my service dog and two personal dogs, it can be difficult to find a spot to accommodate our crew. This spot is a perfect fit for all of us. When hubby and I first settled into the space, we immediately noticed the movie collection. We chuckled because our favorite, Young Frankenstein was available ☺️ Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the peace.

Whiskey Bear cabin was great for our family of 5. All the amenities to have a few home cooked meals. Loved how close the cabin was to get to Gatlinburg. We used the free trolley at the bottom of the hill every day.

The place was well stocked and very comfortable. Great area too! We will be back!

We come to this area every summer & usually stay in Wolfe Laurel but had a large group this year ( 8 people) so decided to stay in one of these homes on Hatley Point and I'm SO glad we did!! This home is used just for rentals so yes the floors may be scratched BUT it put my OCD at ease not yelling at everyone! The home was clean & was such a great space to reconnect with family. The views are immaculate on Hatley & the Hot Tub a game changer I never knew I needed!! Will be back next year

Cozy little place in a quiet neighborhood! Perfect for families, too!

This is a great place to stay, I loved the surplus amount of towels, the simple check in, and Ofcourse the views. I will always stay here when in town. Even tho this is a 5 start review across the board, My only note is that check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Check-in at 3pm would be lovely but check-out should be at least 11am. The place is huge and you can spend all morning rushing to check-out if not careful. I personally check-out very early but for future guest that may be difference maker in booking. Again, the place was amazing, host were responsive, amenities and toiletries were abundant.
