5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Welcome to Flond (Obersaxen/Mundaun), a centrally located village (5 minutes from Ilanz) in the Grisons mountains. In summer hikes around the mountains, swimming in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Caumasee, Crestasee) and the perfect place to relax. For mountain bike lovers is also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area await you and a cross-country ski trail is also located directly in the village.

We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
