Situated between the Bordeaux wine capital and the Dordogne valley and a short drive to St Emilion. Only 5 mins from local amenities.

There are 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 of which overlook the large pool and outdoor seating area whilst the remaining 2 overlook the beautifully picturesque sandstone village of Saint Magne de Castillon which is nestled in amidst the Castillonnais vineyards. 7 minutes drive from St Emilion and 50 minutes drive from Bordeaux, it's an ideal spot to enjoy a group / family holiday!

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

This 47 m2 house is ideally located in the city center of Castillon-la-Bataille. Completely renovated in 2023, a modern and comfortable interior. Exterior of 300 m2 and Unoverlooked. You can enjoy a very large 6 x 12 m swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing on hot summer days. A jacuzzi is also available to offer you moments of absolute relaxation. Finally, a barbecue will allow you to share friendly meals.

This nice quiet house is independent, but adjoins on one side (our house). It has a small terrace and a small garden. You will enjoy a 4-seater Jacuzzi, from which you will have exceptional views of the Dordogne. When you leave, 1 charming little staircase will take you directly to the waterfront. You can access the city center along the river. 10 minutes from St Emilion, all amenities nearby.

My place is located on the main street of Castillon-la-Bataille, close to shops. You have a private entrance to the living room, kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your meals. Upstairs is a bedroom (bed will be made) and opposite is the bathroom (towels available). You are 10 minutes from St Emilion, 45 minutes from Bordeaux and less than two hours from Sarlat.
