We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with pampering, it is an oasis in the middle of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... The apartment has: large dining room with sofa bed, semi-integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

A unique house restored in 2023, dating back to the 16th century, built on 10th century ruins. The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, since it is outdoors and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and they are destroying it. The house is not for that kind of parties. For each person that enters without informing me, it would be €100 more
