Thank you so much for the stay. We're a family of three. Perfect for this small, fine apartment. The location is just great. Very quiet to the back and once across the street already on the beach. In addition, communication with Sandro was always very fast, friendly and helpful.

Laura's accommodation is very nice and furnished with love. There were four of us as a family and we liked it very much. Especially the proximity to the beach, about 5 minutes is awesome. It is also a good starting point for excursions, e.g. to Pisa. Laura is a very friendly person, we would come back anytime.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

Accommodation with a loft in the centre, easy to reach the main points of interest and restaurants on foot. Quiet, comfortable apartment with everything you need to spend a few days or even a holiday. The host is always ready and available to meet organisational needs.

Francesca and Emilio are two people of rare kindness and radiance. They welcomed us with care and thought of everything we could use and more. The house is beautiful, kept with the care of those who care about a special place. The view is breathtaking. The location is perfect, quiet and sheltered from the centre, in an elegant area surrounded by nature with a convenient shady car park a few steps from the house. Excellent advice on local restaurants, boat trips, trekking and many other activities. I am pleased to report an incredibly comfortable bed. We had a divine time and will be back. Hopefully soon.

Very nice large apartment with fantastic views. The centre is just a 10-minute walk away. The free parking space close to the house is often occupied. But there is a bus stop right in front of the house. We often used the bus, which runs every half hour, for example, to get to Porto Venere. Andrea was very friendly and communicative. Clear recommendation!

We were here for a couple of days Italy Summer. We chose this apartment because we did not want to go to Livorno main city. We got what we went for - air conditioned nicely made place. Beside not having brand new furniture etc. we really enjoyed being there. Very friendly and fast responding host. I recomment this for people who look for: Having your own place with two bedrooms, equipped kitchen and also terrasse plus garden for yourself - this is really a complete accomondation to use. Cat and turtle included (outside) ;) Thanks for having us!

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

We had a great stay at Villa Palmira! The apartment was very well equipped and is just a few steps from the beach – ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly, always available and provided us with helpful tips. Her family on site was also warm. Everything was clean and cozy – we would come back anytime!

We were in Dinos Haus for four days with our 10-month-old baby. The view and tranquility are wonderful and the house has everything it needs for us. The communication with Dino was great, he contacted us on his own initiative and asked if we arrived well and if everything was okay and also responded quickly to our messages. We were traveling with a Ford Transit, your car should not be larger or wider, as the roads are very narrow.

Great place and great location! Close to both beach establishments and public beach! Perfect place to visit Viareggio! I recommend it!

The perfect accommodation for a holiday with a toddler: the location is perfect, because the beach and many good restaurants are within walking distance. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and has more than enough space for children to play and explore - both in the house and outside in the garden. We had very nice days and will definitely come back. We can really recommend the accommodation warmly 😊

The accommodation is super centrally located in the centre. There are many very good bars and restaurants right in the neighborhood. Massimo is very friendly and communication with him was straightforward, fast and flexible. We can recommend Massimo without reservation!

The apartment was super clean and can all the comforts! The host is very friendly and helpful. Top location. Bus stop right at the door where you can easily get everywhere. Meeting the owner's mother. A fantastic lovely woman!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few metres over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful standing bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

We had a great stay at this apartement. There were some good restaurant recommendations by the host. The host was thoughtful about our stay. It was just cleaned when we arrived, because it smelled amazing inside. The location was awesome. And we also got a tip about the ongoing festival in the city, which was also great. We loved the apartment and the city, I would definitely recommend.
