Thank you so much for the stay. We're a family of three. Perfect for this small, fine apartment. The location is just great. Very quiet to the back and once across the street already on the beach. In addition, communication with Sandro was always very fast, friendly and helpful.

Laura's accommodation is very nice and furnished with love. There were four of us as a family and we liked it very much. Especially the proximity to the beach, about 5 minutes is awesome. It is also a good starting point for excursions, e.g. to Pisa. Laura is a very friendly person, we would come back anytime.

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

Accommodation with a loft in the centre, easy to reach the main points of interest and restaurants on foot. Quiet, comfortable apartment with everything you need to spend a few days or even a holiday. The host is always ready and available to meet organisational needs.

We were here for a couple of days Italy Summer. We chose this apartment because we did not want to go to Livorno main city. We got what we went for - air conditioned nicely made place. Beside not having brand new furniture etc. we really enjoyed being there. Very friendly and fast responding host. I recomment this for people who look for: Having your own place with two bedrooms, equipped kitchen and also terrasse plus garden for yourself - this is really a complete accomondation to use. Cat and turtle included (outside) ;) Thanks for having us!

Great place and Samuele is a great host. Extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, 5 mins from the beach and the marina. The outdoor balcony is small - as described - but given the beach is a few steps away, one doesn’t miss out on anything. Great beach clubs around and Samuele is also connected to one which was very helpful. Overall, great stay and thanks to the hosts.

We returned to Casa Levante for the second time and it was a guarantee! Federica was very kind and helpful as always and the house was equipped with everything you need and more, books for the little ones, games for the beach, in short, anything! We found cleanliness and order and in the kitchen every necessary comfort (coffee pods, oil, salt, sugar, dishwasher tablets... even rubber plates for our children!) If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, Casa Levante would deserve them all, a guarantee!

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

We had a great stay at Villa Palmira! The apartment was very well equipped and is just a few steps from the beach – ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly, always available and provided us with helpful tips. Her family on site was also warm. Everything was clean and cozy – we would come back anytime!

We were in Dinos Haus for four days with our 10-month-old baby. The view and tranquility are wonderful and the house has everything it needs for us. The communication with Dino was great, he contacted us on his own initiative and asked if we arrived well and if everything was okay and also responded quickly to our messages. We were traveling with a Ford Transit, your car should not be larger or wider, as the roads are very narrow.

Great place and great location! Close to both beach establishments and public beach! Perfect place to visit Viareggio! I recommend it!

The perfect accommodation for a holiday with a toddler: the location is perfect, because the beach and many good restaurants are within walking distance. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and has more than enough space for children to play and explore - both in the house and outside in the garden. We had very nice days and will definitely come back. We can really recommend the accommodation warmly 😊

Super helpful and friendly host, super clean house with all comforts! A strong point not to be underestimated is the parking space! Beautiful stay in Livorno!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few metres over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful standing bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

Very nice apartment with a great terrace and a beautiful view of beach and sea. The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. The host and his co-hosts were always easily accessible and very nice and friendly. We were here in mid-October and it was very quiet in the house. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Andrea is a great host, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, nothing is missing, clean and fragrant sheets and everything taken care of in detail. We were impressed by the large and wide selection of coffee pods. Thanks Andrea, see you next time ☺️
