Schöne Wohnung für einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in Sardinien. Die Bilder sagen alles... Taty und Luca sind gut erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, die Nähe zu Cagliari ist eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum beach life in der Umgebung. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ;-))

Casa pulitissima, super carina e accogliente. Fulvio e Gabriella sono due persone squisite, accoglienti, per bene. Ci hanno fatto subito sentire a casa. Consigliamo caldamente!

Barbara war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich regelmäßig nach uns erkundigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt; Strand, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt waren 2-3 gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

Il soggiorno è stato eccellente! Giuseppe è un host cordiale e disponibile, e l’appartamento era pulito e ben attrezzato. Posizione comoda e tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi e visitare la zona. Consigliato!

super leuk verblijf op een toplocatie! Marco was een schitterende host, heel vriendelijk en reageerde heel snel! Prachtige kamer en badkamer en handige keuken. zeker een aanrader!

Perfect located and modern apartment with all necessary facilities for a great stay, close to the beach and the city of Cagliari.

La ubicación de la casa es magnifica con una vista al mar increíble. Ver la puesta de sol desde la terraza es impresionante. Las habitaciones están sencillamente amuebladas pero confortables, los baños cómodos y renovados, la cocina moderna y muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario. La playa de cala Caterina es muy tranquila y prácticamente exclusiva, recomendable para descansar, nadar o hacer snorkelling. Se encuentra a pocos minutos de otras playas más amplias y bonitas como Porto Giunco, y también de Villa Simius con supermercados, bares y restaurantes. Roberto, el anfitrión de este hermoso lugar, fue muy amable y servicial, desde el primer momento siempre atento a que no nos faltara nada, realmente una atención personalizada. Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas en este casa, y cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas. La consideramos altamente recomendable.

Ich kann das Haus von Andrea nur empfehlen, ein nettes kleines Haus, mit allem, was man so braucht. Es ist maximal eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Für mich persönlich war der Kontakt und Austausch mit Andrea ein Highlight. Er war super und gefühlt ständig zu erreichen, hat uns super viele Tipps gegeben und sogar zu einem Freund miteingeladen. Gefühlt ab Minute eins war es ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis! Auch als wir einen Medizinischen Notfall hatten, hat er in den Krankenhäusern angerufen, sich erkundigt und uns super geholfen. Lieber Andrea, danke für die schöne Zeit und bis ganz ganz bald!

Logement idéal pour être au calme durant la periode hors saison. Magnifique emplacement, et la vallée était super belle. Possibilité de randonner, d'aller à la plage. Magasins à 15 min en voitute mais cela n'a pas été un soucis pour nous. Le jardin était clôturé, ce qui était parfait pour notre petit chien. Les voisins étaient très gentils. L'hôte est très présent et réponds à toutes nos questions. Je recommande cet emplacement.

Ein sehr freundlicher Assistent von Stefano & Mario hat uns beim Check-In empfangen. Alles gezeigt und alles gut erklärt. Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig, genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich Die Sicht auf das Meer wunderbar und der Strandzugang wirklich sehr nahe, höchstens 2 Minuten zu Fuss und man ist an einem wunderschönen Strand. Der Strand bietet keine Restaurants, also Picknick mitnehmen. Das Haus selber sehr schön eingerichtet, es hat alles was man braucht. Wir sind mit 3 kleineren Kindern da gewesen, mann musste einfach sehr aufpassen dass nichts kaputt geht. Es hat viele sehr schöne und kostbare Dekoration im Haus. Während des Aufenthalts war Stefano immer errichbar, hat uns wertvolle Tips zur Umgebung und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Stefano und Team, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften!

We were a family group of 6 and had a lovely time relaxing in this great villa- the sunsets from the veranda are particularly beautiful. The beds, bedding and blinds make for a good night’s sleep! Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms good. We swam in the amazing (chilly) clear blue sea from the villa over to the nearest beach in about 15 minutes, the same time as walking along the rocks. Consider bringing a tow float/dry bag for towels etc if you want to do this - the beach bar serves delicious, reasonably priced lunch food, ice creams and drinks. There’re several day trips possible (we hired cars), &the buses seemed regular - but the place is so nice that we spent a lot of time there (also many places were closed as we visited pre-season). Paolo is a really brilliant host- so informative and responsive, but not intrusive. Thanks Paolo for a magical holiday!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. La vista dal terrazzo è impagabile. Ordine e pulizia erano eccellenti e l'host è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.

Das kleine Haus liegt perfekt um mit der Familie entspannte Strandferien zu machen. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand vor der Tür ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Marcus war sehr angenehm. Marcus hat uns persönlich und herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit, eine Wiederholung ist nicht auszuschliessen.

Sono venuta a Quartu per seguire le regate di mio figlio e la casa era vicinissimo al circolo organizzatore. Zona tranquilla con molte spiagge vicine . La casa ottimale per un soggiorno breve . Sono stata soddisfatta . Sardegna bellissima .

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Silvia è stata una buona Host, ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare per un self check-in in tarda serata. L’ alloggio assolutamente corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione, a due passi dal lungomare del Poetto.

Wohnung und Gastgeberin waren toll, sehr netter Empfang, schöner Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, ruhiger Innenhof, abgeschossener privater Abstellplatz für das Auto. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ruhiger, schöner Ort, an dem Erholung gut gelingt. Spot, von dem viele interessant Ziele gut erreicht werden können. Supermarkt fußläufig (ca. 5-7min.) gut erreichbar. Klar 5 Sterne!!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Andrea und seiner Frau. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Fragen antwortet und viele Vorschläge für Unternehmungen bereit hält. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, modern und sauber. Sichere Parkplätze finden sich direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Serdeczność z jaką przywitała nas Martina sprawiła, że poczuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystkie wskazówki były bardzo pomocne. Apartament był bardzo czysty, gustownie urządzony, znaleźliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy na pobyt z dwójką kilkuletnich dzieci, a nawet więcej! Dzieci były zachwycone domkiem pod schodami, w środku znajdowały się również zabawki, świetny pomysł! Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Martina bardzo szybko reagowała gdy mieliśmy jakieś pytania. Dziękujemy raz jeszcze, będziemy bardzo miło wspominać nasz pobyt!

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. enjoyed our stay at Rita's place. we would come here again. our other family stayed at the Nautilus around the corner and they liked our place better and it was better price!

We had a nice stay with Sheila. The appartement itself is perfect and was neat. The location is also very central and its easily accesible with bags (when you park at the premise) Its a little bit noisy in the morning, under the appartement there is a garage which opens a few times in the early morning. I would recommend it.
