For the guests there are two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, both of them are recently renovated. In fact the freshness of the room is thank to "exterior insulation and finishing system" (EIFS). Prices are low. The breakfast room has a little cooking corner with a dishwasher and a microwave oven. The little house

New property built in 2015, surrounded by the beautiful vineyards of Valpolicella. Property with garden, smart TV, kitchen equipped with pots, dishes, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and stove top, a double bed and a double sofa bed. It's in an agricultural setting. It is therefore possible for agricultural machinery to pass by, creating noise, both on holidays and in the morning. Pets allowed on request and a supplement may be requested.
