La Bastide de Couvinens dates back to 1819 and is peacefully situated in a typical hamlet, 2 km from the charming village of Montcuq in the LOT. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a double bedroom with a shower room and a toilet, a bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 1 bathroom and a toilet, an attic bedroom (please note the low beams and very steep staircase) with 2 single beds, a toilet and a washbasin, a covered terrace, a plancha grill, games, books, badminton, and free Wi-Fi.

Our gîte is beautiful, functional, large kitchen, large living room, each bedroom is equipped with its own bathroom. The location of the Mandraud gîte, 5 hectares, fenced, countryside location with the village accessible on foot, you will find all the shops, bar, restaurant, grocery store, newspapers, tobacco, pharmacy, doctor, local products, etc. From the swimming pool, direct access to the boules court... chicken coop and vegetable garden... walking path around the property... we are on site for services and information.

We are now classed 2**. Discover a comfortable, fully equipped cottage with old time charm in the heart of the hamlet of Saint-Félix. If you are looking for calm and the real experience of the Quercy countryside with its beautiful landscapes, it is an ideal location to escape from the bustle of city life. The nearest shops are about 10 km away. However, artistic, historic, and pre-historic sites, as well as fine regional cooking are easily accessible. Read Other Things to Note below.

The Fermette of Golden Grains

This small "Tradou" where the grapes were sorted in daylight behind the glass windows is set on a hectare of land between fields and woods. Bordered by the Tarn where you can enjoy magnificent canoe rides, several departure sites including one 100 m from La Fermette will be offered. As well as cultural visits to prestigious sites such as the cloister and tympanum of the Abbey of Moissac (UNESCO classified), Ingres Bourdelle Museum, Soulage Museum... "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

White stone cottage in Quercy located in the countryside, near the very pretty village of Roquecor. The stone house has a private terrace with a separate swimming pool, deck chairs, barbecue, ping pong table, garden furniture, a living room (sofa bed + TV), an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker), a bathroom with shower (washing machine), separate toilet, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 140 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds + 1 folding extra bed.

Quiet former dovecote

Enjoy the breathtaking views of this fully restored building in the heart of nature. Located on an old Quercy farm, it offers a very large lot, quiet, allowing walks, relaxation and meals outside. A plancha, deckchairs, a lounge area, and a garden table are available, as well as outdoor games. On the inside, the ground floor communicates via an external stone staircase with the master bedroom. It serves a 2nd bedroom by a miller's ladder.

In low season, the hot tub can be offered by reservation, for 2 nights booked, for €30/hour of relaxation, depending on availability. (October–April)

Located on a 700 m2 wooded plot, our barn has been tastefully renovated. A cocooning place where you can recharge. Quiet environment, the salt pool heated from May to September, will bring you serenity. A barbecue fireplace is also available to guests. Located 10 minutes from Montauban city center, you can visit the historic city. Come for a walk and visit the beautiful villages of Tarn and Garonne (Bruniquel, St Antonin, Monclar...)
