Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Cà dei Dalmati top-notch peculiarity is the breath-taking canal views from all the apartment windows, merged with the elegance of the interiors, its brightness and wideness. An entire apartment only 8 minutes away from San Marco square with a private water gate and a STUNNING VIEW ! Situated on the 1st floor, it has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a walk in wardrobe.The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

San Lorenzo Canal View

Luxury apartment with private balcony and beautiful view, a few steps from Piazza San Marco. One week before arrival you will be asked to provide a guest's ID, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. In Venice, elevators are rare: there are around 50 steps, but not too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage.

Our modern and charming flat has been totally new in the unique Biennale environment. Located in the historical and quiet Castello quarter. It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.
