Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

Recently renovated, own entry door, ground level (safe from acqua alta). The flat is particularly suited to couples and those who travel for work, but can also host up to four persons.

In a typical building of Castello district - with LAGO design - I've reinterpreted a 95 square meters apartment combining design, colors, and historical elements. A cozy home where you can get away and immerse yourself in the real Venice. The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors and has a beautiful terrace on the last floor. Up to 6 beds. The building has no elevator like most of the others in Venice.

It is a typical land-to-sky Venetian house renovated and equipped with all comforts. The house is close to the Giardini della Biennale, 15 minutes from Saint Mark's Square and 10 minutes by vaporetto from Venice Lido.
