Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

La casa, è situata in una zona residenziale e centrale di Venezia, in una corte molto tranquilla, lontano dall'intenso traffico turistico. Sarete immersi nell'atmosfera Veneziana! L'approdo, letteralmente a due passi dal portone d'ingresso, renderà facilissimo arrivare all'appartamento, da qualsiasi direzione, con il water taxi. Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale.

L'appartamento e' luminosissimo, interamente affacciato sul canale principale , in posizione privilegiata. Gli arredi sono tutti su misura, ogni dettaglio e' curato. Dal balcone in sala si gode di una vista magnifica, soprattutto al tramonto. La posizione e' strategica per spostarsi ovunque in laguna. A soli 30 metri la fermata del vaporetto di Navagero, da dove si possono comodamente raggiungere il centro storico di Venezia, il Lido e l'aeroporto.

Convenient walking distance from the Biennale and San Marco with good water bus connections to the historical centre, train station, Lido and airport from the Arsenale vaporetto stop -1 minute walk, no bridges. Recently renovated, own entry door, ground level (safe from acqua alta). The flat is particularly suited to couples and those who travel for work, but can also host up to four persons.

Dopo una caotica giornata a Venezia godetevi la tranquillità e il silenzio di Campo de le Erbe che vi accoglierà con le sue piante rigogliose e l'inteso profumo di fiori.

Casa terra-cielo, luminosa, silenziosa e arricchita da vivaci tocchi di colore, è l’ideale per una coppia. Puo' ospitare fino a 4 persone dato che vi è un comodo divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno ma attenzione che il bagno si trova al piano superiore e per accedervi bisogna passare davanti alla camera da letto open space.

In a typical building of Castello district - with LAGO design - I've reinterpreted a 95 square meters apartment combining design, colors, and historical elements. A cozy home where you can get away and immerse yourself in the real Venice. The apartment is located on the third and fourth floors and has a beautiful terrace on the last floor. Up to 6 beds. The building has no elevator like most of the others in Venice.

Detached house, on two floors, with attached private open space. On the ground floor there is the living area with equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, sofa, bathroom and lovely external courtyard. On the upper floor there is the sleeping area with a relaxation and reading corner. Double bed and sofa bed for 2 people that can be used if necessary.

Cozy House is a delightful apartment in the heart of the "sestiere" of Castello, one of the most residential areas of the island. It is a typical land-to-sky Venetian house renovated and equipped with all comforts. The house is close to the Giardini della Biennale, 15 minutes from Saint Mark's Square and 10 minutes by vaporetto from Venice Lido.
