Alessandro's place is a real gem. A neat, quiet and very private apartment. The terrace is great. Please note that there are no shops in the village, so bring food with you. The car is left in the village's common parking area, from which you can't drive into the village, but you walk uphill. This is the second time we've stayed here. Alessandro is a great host who responds to messages at lightning speed. Thank you!

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The property has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and also a washing machine and dryer are provided. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to take at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

Lovely cottage with private outdoor space. Host had provided us with many tips about the public transport and the amenities nearby. Bus stops practically on the doorstep. In short, an ideal stay where we enjoyed ourselves.

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

This was the best house I've ever experienced on airbnb!First of all, the house is very artistic and Italian, whether it is a marble floor, or the decorations of the apartment, or the interiors of the ancient furniture, full of character, full of humanity and artistic colors, and even give me new inspiration for my own house decoration.Secondly, Elisabetta himself was warm and thoughtful, took care of it, not only gave us details about the use and details of the house, but also prepared breakfast for us, which was very, very thankful for her!Finally, Genoa is indeed a beautiful and charming port city, and if you are here, don't miss the square in the city center and the nearby Portofino, it is so heartening.

A perfect stay in Genoa! The apartment was beautiful. It was located in the heart of town and surrounded by historic sites. It was easy to walk to everything while also remarkably quiet. The street below is very busy but I couldn’t hear anything from inside and I slept amazingly well in the bedroom. I will be back when I need to return to Genoa!

The listing was as expected. Clean, quiet and well-equipped. It is located on the heights of Genoa, which offers a very beautiful view of the city, but is far from the city centre. But the latter remains very easily accessible by bus (stop at the foot of the building). We did not have a car but the 2 nearest stations are accessible on foot (Gare Principe) or by bus (Gare Principe and Gare Brignole) which allowed us to leave Genoa to discover the surroundings (Portofino, the beaches to the east of Genoa such as Bogliasco or Boccadasse...). Communication with the owners was very easy because Cécile responded to messages quickly by giving clear and precise information. I would this property.

Our short trip to Boccadasse was simply wonderful! A large part of this was contributed by the perfectly located accommodation, very clean, cosy, tasteful and furnished with a lot of heart. Matteo met me in person and took me to the apartment. There were no difficulties with the check-in. Everything matches the description. To prevent the noise from the street from interfering, he suggested earplugs. For those sensitive to noise, this will be a serious disadvantage. We could sleep peacefully with earplugs. The climb to the apartment is about 50 steps and quite steep. This was not a problem for us. We are satisfied with our choice. We can recommend this accommodation for a trip to Genoa. P.S. I didn't have a knife sharpener.

The location of the apartment is perfect, small, cozy and clean. The description and pictures accurately represent the apartment. Marta was always quick to respond and she gave us ample of recommendations for what to see and where to eat in Genoa and surrounding areas. Check-in and check-out was easy and flexible. We loved our stay in Genoa and Marta’s place was perfect for us. Will come back when we visit Genoa again.

Adelmo and Clarissa were fantastic hosts! Before we had even arrived in Genoa, they were in contact making sure we knew exactly how to get to the apartment, and provided an extensive list of local recommendations for restaurants and sights to enjoy. Their place was easy to reach from the San Giorgio metro station, and we later found out just as easy from the Piazza de Ferrari station as well. Overall we loved the location, the apartment, and you would be hard pressed to find more responsive hosts! We definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend. Place is in a great location with beautiful buildings, delicious food and drinks, and anything you will need just walking distance. Valerio had so many maps and books to help us plan our days efficiently.

The accommodation is excellently located – in a few minutes you are at the old harbour and in the middle of the city. Communication with Pino was consistently pleasant, fast and very friendly. His tips on excursion destinations and recommended restaurants were also particularly helpful. The apartment was absolutely clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!
