La Fortezza is a villa surrounded by greenery and the absolute quiet of its private park, among centuries-old olive trees, a grove of oaks and an orchard. It is located on a hill, just 6 km from the crystal clear sea of Polignano a Mare (BLUE FLAG SINCE 2008 and 5 LEGAMBIENTE SAILS) with its wonderful sea caves to discover by boat. The villa is made exclusively of stone, wood and glass, on two levels, and is characterized by the presence of one hectare of park, a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, and a solarium. Inside the park, to stay in perfect shape during your vacation at La Fortezza, a fully equipped gym is available to guests (free of charge) with an elliptical, bench and dumbbells, punching bag and gloves, and total body workout equipment. The wood-burning oven and barbecue are available for guests to prepare and enjoy pizzas, focaccias and outdoor grills. The panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the expanse of olive trees, white farms, sky and sea, is about 40 square meters and is furnished with a large dining table in the shade of three holm oaks that "emerge" from the garden below: the wooden floor was built respecting the presence of the trees through the creation of the slots in correspondence with the trunks. Inside the park of La Fortezza you will find flowers and scents and many corners of paradise: rock seats where you can sit to read a book or listen to music, wooden sunbeds to sunbathe and enjoy the sunset breeze. You can pick seasonal fruits directly from the trees to enjoy their fantastic flavor. In the orchard, two rows of lavender to perfume your wardrobes in the city! The park is completely fenced with an electric gate, alarm system and private security service.

Recently renovated. Typical Apulian house of the late 1800s with stone vaults; it is spread out in height, on 3 floors. It can comfortably accommodate two/three people and is located in the center but in a quiet area. You can enjoy a comfortable terrace in total privacy. Air conditioning. Nespresso coffee, free Wi-Fi, Netflix. The house is not suitable for infants and children. The accommodation tax is €2 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights. The house does not have a private parking space.
