The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of sheets, towels and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

Apartment of about 40 m2 on the ground floor completely renovated 3 years ago, ideal for a couple (and maximum 4 people), located in the city center, 500 meters from the thermal baths and 4 km from Lake Clarens (hiking trail a few steps from the accommodation). Cottage in the heart of the vineyards, private sauna and jacuzzi

Our gîte, in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafé coffee machine and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom and a large bedroom with a 160 × 200 bed. You can also enjoy a large terrace overlooking the vineyard. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the jacuzzi all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

This cottage is located in a small, quiet and peaceful hamlet at the gates of the Landes in the Gascogne area bordering the Gers. We will be delighted to welcome you in a simple and respectful manner. Lou Chibaou equestrian center is 1 km away, Cap Cauderoue tree climbing is 4 km away as well as Golf d'Albret. Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.

Not far from an old stone wall, from which it takes its name because Mazerolle in Occitan means ruined stone wall, this tree house is inside the Benauges woods on a hill at 120 m altitude.
