Sweet Home Feet in the Sand

Our house is new, bright, ventilated and cozy, 50 meters from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all the utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. There are good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, market, wine cellar, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

This house in a privileged location is 800 meters from the historic center, 300 meters from Saco da Capela beach and the trendy Sea Club. Several beach kiosks with full infrastructure, bar and toilets. Reference point for great restaurants. Supermarket 150 meters away. Bike path and easy access to any point in the city. House designed for couples of good taste, very charming, with an extremely beautiful decoration. That will bring an unforgettable memory.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
