Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Welcome to the Villa des Palmiers🌴, close to all amenities, 5 km from Agen, this 130 m² villa in a residential area not overlooked, next to the sports complex, offers you comfort and tranquility. 4 bedrooms with TV, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets, outdoor kitchen, plancha, petanque court. 8x4 saltwater pool heated to 26°C from June to the end of September. ❗️May and October optional, please consult us. ⚠️ November to end of April the pool will not be heated.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

The small sheepfold

Old sheepfold recently renovated to accommodate two to four people. Located on the owners' land but with a large shaded and intimate garden area sheltered from view, a petanque court will also allow you to enjoy the outdoors. The proximity of the Canal des Deux Mers will offer you beautiful bike rides. Bike rental possible. New bedding in 160*200 in the room, sofa bed that can be used as a bed as well.

**Cottage with garden** very close to Agen

This maisonette (35 m2) will seduce you with its warm side and its small garden. It is located on the grounds of my house, a 5-minute drive from Agen and a 2-minute walk from shops. Small pets are allowed but must respect the place. (I myself have two little dogs). No need to bring your bed linen and towels, it's provided. Looking forward to welcoming you, Philippe.

STRICTLY NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. Absolutely none. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use.
