Lovely place to stay with your family. Host- very responsive/ helpful to any query. It's outside Rome but easily accessible by train (to Termini) or bus which takes you straight to Anagnina (the last stop) and the metro is just a level below. Its a nice and quiet place to stay.

Giulia’s place was a nice little gem where I had everything that I needed. I slept well and it was quiet and peaceful. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and it was in a good location. It’s a close walk to the train station but pack light or take an uber/ taxi if you have a lot of stuff since there are stairs to the apartment and in the walk to get to the apartment. I was pleasantly surprised with the town and location, so if you want a more laid back alternative to being right downtown in Rome, this is great. Also her parents are super lovely and supportive. Giulia is super responsive and takes pride in her space. I’d stay here again 🤗

Alessandra’s place was lovely! It was clean and had everything we could need. The grocery store was close by and the train was about a 20 minute walk so getting to Rome was easy. Alessandra offered to pick us up from the station upon arrival which was very kind! We would love to come back if we find ourselves in the area again :)

Andreas place was great for our needs. A quaint place inside the cobble stone roads characteristic of the area and a few steps from a small restaurant with good prices and outside chairs in front of a fountain. Andreas included treats for us that made the breakfast time easier (jellies, toasts, tea and coffee cups). The place has a minimalist ambiance that takes advantage of the space and still makes you feel you have enough room. We will definitely recommend it.

The house is right in the center of Frescata and it has a car parking close by. Perfect for anyone who wishes to tour around Rome.

They are very kind, helpful and friendly. They even helped us with our early morning departure by calling a taxi. You have to take a short bus to Rome, but it was worth it. If you follow the Google instructions, everything can be solved. We even got to the beach this way. Thank you very much Sara and Lorenzo!

We stayed for about 10 days with 4 people in Cathy's apartment. The temperature outside was between 25 and 30 degrees. The flat and rooms stayed fresh which is important for a good night's sleep. The flat is fully equipped. If you want to cook something you can and there is plenty of space outside for breakfast or lunch. The swimming pool is XL and very well maintained as the rest of the house. Cathy is a fantastic host, always available, very friendly and taking great care of the guests. Great base for visiting Rome. Train station less than 10 minutes away and it takes you carefree into the heart of Rome. The sea is a 3/4h drive away and plenty of typical Italian villages nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Arrivederci!

I stay in an oasis of peace within a golf club, the house is surrounded by nature. Comfortable, clean apartment with all services. The owners are always available. Absolutely recommended for both leisure and business trips.

We absolutely loved staying at Lucia’s home. It was everything we wanted. Close to all the major landmarks, beautiful home in a great neighborhood.. Lucia was an amazing host. She was full of knowledge and gave us great guidance. We will definitely come back here again.

The apartment in question enjoys a privileged view of Lake Nemi, so don't miss the fantastic sunset and why not, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

We had a wonderful time here on a family holiday. The apartment is spacious, has a beautiful garden, everything was clean and organized. The area is peaceful yet well-connected to the city, the nearest train station is 5 minutes away with car. We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions.
