Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Suitable for people with reduced mobility, this single-story house is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the thermal baths and local shops. Right at the foot of the Canigou between sea and mountain you can enjoy many outdoor activities (hiking, whitewater sports, etc...) and visit many tourist sites.

Casteil is a nature village at the foot of Canigou, close to all amenities, the nearest city center is 5 minutes by car, swimming pool, casino, as well as thermal baths, Animal Park is all close to the house, 80 M2 apartment completely renovated including a kitchen area, living room as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private courtyard and garden. Nature lovers come and discover the joys of mountain life.
