Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Lower ground floor: dining room and equipped kitchen, open to 21 m² of terraces on two levels. 1st floor: living room with fireplace, living room or bedroom (2 beds 1 person), shower room with sink and toilet. 2nd floor: master suite with a bedroom (1 bed 160) and a bathroom with sink and toilet, all open to a panoramic view of 8 m².

Located at the foot of the Canigou and not far from the hot sulfur water baths to relax, ideal for hiking, canyoning, skiing depending on the season (45 minutes by car). A double bed, a sofa bed.
