Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

The result of a careful building restoration, what was once an old barn that had fallen into disuse has become a corner of paradise overlooking the sea. Detached house located in a quiet and quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment is on the first floor of the house where it is accessed through a common entrance and condominium staircase. The entrance to the apartment is in a large space consisting of a living room and kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook, and from which you can access the garden. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds that can be combined, a bathroom, and a closet.

On the bike path that leads from Rimini to Valmarecchia, there is a medieval tower dating back to the 14th century. Done erected from a wealthy Raminese Fusso de’ Battagli.
