Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cass County

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked this location. It is definitely a one of a kind experience. This historic house is so interesting and unique. The backyard is immense and beautiful. The host requires a deposit for a good reason. There so many antique and beautiful furnishings throughout the house. With all of this there is also a playroom for younger guests. For sure this was an experience myself and my family won’t forget.

Our Airbnb stay was perfect! Very peaceful with lots of room indoors and outdoors. The market next door is a huge bonus offering tons of tasty treats! The hosts are friendly and very kind. We would love to return when we’re back in town!

Pictures do this place no justice! It is such a beautiful and serene space, you will feel right at home! The host was kind and flexible, and it made my daughter’s wedding weekend completely stress-free! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house! The house is comfortable and had everything you might need. Shari was very responsive and helpful. Donnell lake is beautiful and we enjoyed both sunrise and sunset even though it was too cold to get in the water, fishing was still possible! Nice drive to South Haven one day for shopping and lunch.

Alexis’ home was very cozy, easy to get into, and very accommodating! The home offered exactly what we were hoping for - a pet friendly location for my in-laws, wife, and I within close proximity to Marion Magnolia Farm where we attended a wedding. It is also a short 4 minute drive into town where we enjoyed some artisan pizzas at Cassopolis Beer Co. The lake was a short walk down the street from the house, and we enjoyed looking at the lake and beautiful homes while walking the dogs. The bedrooms aren’t on the main level which posed a small challenge for my father-in-law, but they are otherwise perfectly cozy! During our stay there was a bad storm that came through- Alexis reached out to give us a heads up, and the neighbor next door (who my mother-in-law befriended) was super nice and even brought by candles after the power went out for a short period of time. Thank you Alexis for the hospitality and great stay! It was a great getaway from home experience.

We've enjoyed all of our stays at David's house. It's always fresh and clean when we arrive. Our 2 beagles love the huge fenced backyard, which is a rarity among lakefront properties. The sunrise views of the lake from the deck are gorgeous! David is very responsive when we've had questions or concerns. We're hoping to get a chance to stay there again next year!

Amy was very helpful and understanding when we needed to unexpectedly change out dates of our stay. The house was great, and I loved the retro look. The games and hot tub were a hit with the family!

This place was amazing! So much more to do than just stay and sleep. It’s essentially a campsite with various buildings that contribute to the list of activities out there.

Jen and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. They were quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. Very nice camp area with lots of activities to choose from.

My family and I started here for Father's Day! My husband, myself and our 4 kids had a great weekend. The husband and wife that take care of the property were kind, friendly and very helpful. Our kids as well as us, were occupied with all of the amenities this place has to offer! It was hard to say goodbye!

My kids and I enjoyed the extremely walkable area. Bathroom and playground was much closer than it originally seemed on the map. Being a cabin, there were plenty of beautiful critters around. Most notedably, there were blue jays, cardinals, and chipmunks. Unfortunately, we had to wipe down fresh spiderwebs inside the bunk before making our beds. The convenience store in the office had affordable firewood for our s'mores and the playground was lots of fun with a pirate ship. The campground is conveniently located near plenty of stores and restaurants but you still feel like you're in the woods. When we first drove in there were tons of RVs but the grounds were not overloaded with people. Showers were always available with hot water and great water pressure. Will book again if traveling to the area!

Beautiful location and lovely house. Spacious and light. Fantastic backyard on pond with fence and large yard for pooch. Birds, frogs, fish, deer, swans, geese--we saw all of these in our short 18-hour stay. If we could have, we would have stayed a week. The weather was very warm at 87 degrees, but house was super-cooled by new air conditioning units. Bed super comfy. Heather is very responsive to all requests or questions. Loved loved loved!

This place was so beautiful and charming! We loved our stay. We are from Minneapolis and the style of this home reminded us a little of our own 😊 The home was just as pictured, only thing missing that was listed under amenities was a grill. Looks like maybe it had warped the side of the house at one point so guessing that is why it was removed? Thank you Heather for an amazing stay! 🥰

I really loved it, it’s good for a weekend, minus I hated the beds, they are harder than I like but some people like the harder beds I just prefer softer

we had an amazing time! The lake and wildlife were beautiful. The house is spacious and all the furniture was very comfortable. It was extremely clean. They had a ton of amenities we weren't expecting, like a griddle and spices. The only flaw in the whole trip was we had a 1am alarm go off and we couldn't contact anyone. Luckily we guessed the code! No one called us for a follow up the next day either. But other than that, it was the perfect trip!

We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful, serene, so peacful with a gorgeous lake view for a picturesque sunrise and sunset. Excellent fishing --- caught the most fish I ever have in one day! John and Kateryna are excellent hosts, and very responsive. We loved how private and secure the area is. The cabin is exactly as described and pictured in the photographs. The loft bed was very comfortable and the cabin stayed very cool with the air conditioner. We enjoyed the band at the pavillion, the ice cream truck and the fireworks! We had a blast on the golf cart trails through the woods and sunflower fields. You can tell the effort that John and Kateryna put in to ensure you have an excellent experience. Highly recommend and hope to visit again!
