Very nice place. For those looking for tranquility and rest. Erick is a great host. Helpful, polite and made us very comfortable during the stay. We climbed the mountain in order to escape the heat of RJ and we were compensated, to the point of being able to sleep at night without a fan and covered. We recommend the pizza we ate right at the entrance of the building, very good. The building is very close to an environmental park with a waterfall, you can walk there.

Coverage in an excellent location, everything around, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, restaurants less than 100m from the place, very large, spacious and impeccable apartment! I highly recommend and I will come back for sure!

Quiet and comfortable stay, with transportation to cities around the place

For the amount charged, there should be air conditioning, as the penthouse is very hot, the location is excellent, it is close to everything, the only thing that is unpleasant is the noise until dawn with noisy motorcycles that pass on the avenue making maneuvers and speeding and without control. My final assessment is positive, flexible check-in and check-out, and very clean place.

Our stay was perfect. The impeccable apartment and exactly as in the photos, the cleaning and the care of the little details of the house that make all the difference, and the location that is exactly accurate in a place with a lot of shops and everything close to it. We had a small problem, but I was quickly answered and advised on what should be done in the face of the problem. The hosts gave us full support and answered all our questions. My husband and I love the space! Very well located! Denise was wonderful the whole time, she told us what to do in the city! Wonderful, delicious and superbly served breakfast! The room was impeccable from the tidying up to the cleanliness. Certainly, when we return to Lumiar, we will stay again at Loft Lumiar.
