Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Sur place vous pourrez vous détendre : piscine, pétanque, volley... Le village d'Ille sur Têt (15 min à pied) dispose de tous les commerces et services nécessaires.

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Venez vous détendre dans cette oasis paisible au cœur de la garrigue. Vous aurez pour paysage le village médiéval de Castelnou et pour horizon le Canigou. Vous occuperez une partie d'un mas catalan, un studio équipé de tout ce qu'il vous faut pour apprécier votre séjour. Suivant vos envies, profitez des terrasses et de la piscine ou bien partez : randonnez, ou remontez le temps en flânant dans les ruelles pavées du village, ou bien rejoignez les plages de la côte vermeille.

Moulin en bord de rivière

Le Moulin de Reynès a été construit en 1602, sur la rivière, au coeur d'une vallée préservée à quelques kilomètres de Céret. Il a fonctionné jusqu'aux années 1950 et est toujours en état de marche. La rénovation de la partie habitation date de 2010. Gîte de France classé 3 épis, de caractère totalement indépendant, le long d'une petite rivière. Ce lieux vous accueille au calme avec tout le confort pour un séjour de repos et de découverte. (départ de randonnée sur place).

There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
