Waterfront holiday rentals in Cascais

We had already rented many apartments through Airbnb, this property is certainly one of our top 3. Very clean, simply furnished but it has everything you need, great location to explore Lisbon. Quiet but still very central. It has many great restaurants nearby, also the supermarket is just across the street. Only five minutes to the metro and the start of the famous old 28er tram. Rita is a great host, we are happy to recommend the apartment.

Nice, clean apartment. Responsive host. Perfect location, central to everything. Across the street from Metro Station. Hint: Walk through Metro station and take the escalators up (and up and up) the other side for easy access to Bairro Alto neighborhood.

We had a pleasant stay of two nights. Very nice and impeccable place. Great location and close to restaurants, metro and bus line. A big thank you for offering us and allowing us to drop off our luggage 4 hours before the accommodation is taken.

Ideal view and lovely porch to enjoy in any weather. Bedrooms are downstairs and well appointed. We were able to check in early, grab some groceries from nearby, and have a delicious lunch down the street. In the mornings the streets are quiet and lovely, but in the evenings the area is quite the scene. When the bars close, the streets can get a bit loud with young people having a blast. It’s hard to complain because there is such joy in Lisbon— but just fyi! Prepare for narrow steep steps and a hill — but they are so worth it. We can’t wait to return!

We arrived 2 hours prior to check-in and they were still cleaning the apartment. The host allowed us to leave our luggage, and we had a great lunch down the street. The unit was well-stocked with kitchen supplies and chinaware. The bedding is nice and beds are very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, especially if it's your 1st visit to Lisbon. It's a few blocks from Timeout Market and walkable to the hop on and off buses to tour the other parts of the city. It's 20-30 min from Lisbon Airport. Loved it!

We had a great stay at Joana’s apartment. The place is great and exactly as described in the listing. Great views of the river - our little boy loved watching the ships in the river. Right in the heart of Alfama and close to the 28 tram. Joana was really helpful, always responsive to messages and set up a cot for our toddler.

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

Absolutely loved our stay and loved the wonderful town of Ericeira. The location was amazing, wonderful views yet walkable to town and restaurants and everything you could want. The one thing I would change would be having a dryer. We stayed in mid March and hanging clothes and towels out just didn’t dry. Other than that it was fabulous 🤗

We did not want to leave! Bruno’s space was amazing, beautiful, and in a stunning location. Waking up and being able to see the waves crashing onto the shore was such a delight. There is so much to do in and around the area. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. We truly loved our time here!!

Modern 2-bedroom apartment right in the centre of Trafaria village, just a short walk to the Tejo river front and ferry to Lisbon (Belém terminal). The apartment has been renovated to a high standard and is very well equipped with everything that you need for short or even longer stays. AC is a plus in winter. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Convenient check-in with keypad and good communication via the app. Nice small touches like a bottle of wine, and sweets/snacks as well as condiments to cook. The apartment is pet friendly, we stayed with our medium size dog and felt very welcome.

The neighborhood was very quiet but with easy access to restaurants, museums and nice walks. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious.

We absolutely loved Antonio’s place. The house and gardens are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. We held a vow renewal and stayed with our family there and it was the perfect choice!

Fantastic place. I'll go there again if I can. Literally ON the beach. We bodysurfed and enjoyed the fantastic sunset!

Gisela was quite welcoming and the apartment is convenient with its 3 bedrooms (! 1 bathroom +wc only > was ok for us but good to know) we really enjoyed the location (Graça) that is not that touristy. you have to get ready to climb the hill but hey... that's Lisbon! and the famous 28 tram line is just down the road. overall we had a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt just like home. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay.

Great flat and great location! You can walk to several beaches, public transport, grocery shopping, lots of little cafes and all sorts of restaurants around, from very cheap to very high end. We went in February so didn't go into the pool but it was great to sunbathe and enjoy the garden with the baby since we could go out for just half an hour and didn't have to walk anywhere. The flat is a family home so it was perfect for our family of 3 with a 10 month old baby, specially because the hosts provide a high chair, a travel cot and a baby bath, all very comfortable. August and Teresa were also lovely, very communicative and friendly.

Clean, quiet, and beautifully designed space. Perfect for a solo traveler or couples. Will definitely re-book this place if I’m ever back in the area!

Great experience in Lisbon Apartment is well-described, comfortable and has everything that traveler could need during short or long trip in the city Location is perfect, I think 6-10 EUR on taxi to the city center, but you leave in modern area with great walking areas, shopping centers, 5 min walk from big grocery store. With super view ! Comfort, friendly attitude and possibility of early check-in or late check-out makes this deal great! Very! fast internet makes remote work easy. If you consider this area and you are okay with T1 apart - this is right choice for sure !

Very nicely situated by Basilica Estrela, see sunrise on roof terrace, by a lovely garden with great playground for small children!

This spot is so perfect, up the hill but still in the hustle and bustle of the city center. Beautiful views of the water and the city from the balcony. Located on a very central street. The place is tastefully decorated with all the needed amenities. The hosts are very accessible and helpful in every way. I can’t recommend this place enough, can’t wait to come back and stay here real soon!
