Ideally located, in the heart of the old Cascais village. Very peaceful and cosy, 5 minutes walk to the beach and Marina. Small terrace with view to the sea. **************************************** The apartment is a small duplex on the top floor of a 2-story building. It has living room, a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen on the main floor and two small bedrooms, a small living room and a bathroom in the attic.  The apartment is fully equipped, with dishwashers and clothes, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, juice machine, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. You will have at your disposal sheets and bath towels. The fantastic view from the terrace and the light that enters the whole house are the best aspects of this apartment. Despite being close to the center of Cascais (with restaurants, bars and supermarket in the area) this apartment is extremely quiet. The marina, where you have the offer of diving or sport fishing is a 5-minute walk away. Golf courses, tennis and padel are a 5-minute drive away. Train station to Lisbon and bus to Sintra are a 5-minute walk away.

The house is located 700 meters from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has a large balcony overlooking the valley in front and with a view of the sea. On the lower floor is the living room with 40 m2 with fireplace, a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen. On the top floor is a suite bedroom with bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 beds and a third bedroom with a single bed and another bed underneath the first. The last two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The garden is fenced in. The house has a shelter for a car and there are always free parking spots on the street. My place is good for families (with kids). Alternatively, there is a key lockbox The house is located on a green and quiet hill, in one of the most elegant areas of Estoril, a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Romantic Vintage Cottage with garden

The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

The apartment is located in the middle between the center of Cascais and the beautiful "guincho beach". In the street there is a beautiful park with children's playground. Nice restaurants, bars and take away around the corner. It has 2 bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom is available for bookings from 3 persons. We also do the laundry for you for a small price.
