Dimora Le Tre Ninfe Nocelle – Positano

A historic residence just a short walk from the Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods) in the small village of Nocelle, a hamlet of Positano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, 8 kilometres away from the town centre and the hustle and bustle. From the local bus stop, you climb 100 steps to reach the property, which is surrounded by nature. As you walk along the driveway, you will be captivated by the scents of the vegetable garden that borders it, the breathtaking view of the coast and the vibrant colours of the surrounding landscape.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Casalina is a renovated house in the quiet area of Montepertuso which is 20 minutes away from the center of Positano by bus. 1 minute walking from the restaurant “Il Ritrovo”. Mini-market just around the corner (1 minute walking) There are no steps to get to the house. The house is two floors, with kitchen, a living room, and two bedrooms, two restrooms, wifi, tv. No private parking. The bedrooms have no doors, so if you want privacy it might be an issue. City tax: 2.50€ per person/per night

Sentieri escursionistici e servizi a pochi minuti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Ottimamente riscaldata, è ideale anche d’inverno.

The hot tub is heated in march, april, september and october. It is at room temperature in summertime. It is shared. Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
