Bright apartment of 100sqm recently renovated, located on the third floor without elevator of an ancient building, located in the heart of the Spanish Quarters, a short walk from the historic center. The house consists of: 3 double rooms with private bathroom, common kitchen/living area, laundry room with washing machine available to guests, terrace equipped with 130sqm with masonry kitchen and direct access from the house and view of the rooftops of Naples, Vesuvius and the Certosa di San Martino.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
