La Vigna

Immerso nella natura il nostro appartamento di 70 mq appena ristrutturato, cercando di mantenere lo spirito di campagna dei primi del '900. Ha un bel terrazzo ombreggiato sul quale pranzare e cenare in un contesto molto rilassante, con vista sui boschi, su ville d'epoca e sull'Anfiteatro Morenico di Ivrea. Si trova circa ad 1km dal centro città, in un area verde inserita nel parco naturale dei 5 laghi di Ivrea e dista solo 30 minuti da Torino e 60 minuti dalle piste di sci del Monterosa Ski.

“La casa del bucato” è stata così chiamata perché è posizionata nelle vicinanze del lavatoio che un tempo (e qualche volta ancora oggi) veniva usato dalle donne del borgo per fare il bucato, “l’ansiva” appunto. Questa piccola ma accogliente casa, completamente accessibile, curato nei minimi dettagli per cullarvi nella suggestione montana, è costituita da un unico ambiente che ospita un letto matrimoniale, un angolo cottura e un bagno e affaccia su l’area esterna attrezzata adibita a solarium.

"Casa Morenica" è uno stabile del 1900, situato a Montalto Dora, sulla via Francigena, a 2km da Ivrea. Ristrutturato nel 2023, composto da due stanze separate, adibite ad affitta-camere. Dista circa 50km da Torino e 60km da Aosta. Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Ivrea, in 30 minuti e 15 in bicicletta. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.
