Two-room apartment in a unique position among the characteristic houses of LungoParma, with a balcony overlooking the stream bed. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and consists of a bright and spacious living area with a double bed (160x200) and balcony, separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. A/C, washing machine, super fast Wi-Fi and TV. The scent of bread (we are above one of the oldest bakeries in Parma) and pheasants in the riverbed will greet you in the morning :-)

Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
