Beach house holiday rentals in Casa d'Agosto

My partner and I stayed in Monika's apartment and her husband. We loved the layout of the apartment, the kitchen and bathroom were downstairs and the living room and the room upstairs, the entrance was independent so the front door was already facing the duplex. Everything was tidy and clean, my partner and I cooked sometimes in the apartment, I had everything needed. The bed was comfortable and large. Any questions we had Monika answered within minutes, which we greatly appreciated. Parking was not a problem as there is enough place to park in the area. 5 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes to a beautiful cove that we discovered on the last day. 7 minutes away is from a supermarket and 4 minutes from a beautiful restaurant that has a terrace overlooking the sea, ideal for watching the sunset :). We loved our stay and would come back without thinking about staying in this apartment :). Thank you very much Monika!

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

What a view! We absolutely loved the flat. With the beautiful private terrace overlooking the deep blue ocean you hardly ever want to leave. But the beautiful village of Bogliasco is worth it. Right outside the door is Peruzzi, perfect for local food, coffee or a drink at night, the nicest gelateria down the road and great places to enjoy the water. The flat is really comfortable and provided for everything we needed. We tremendously enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon!

Luxury and comfortable apartment, very well decorated and fully equipped. Comfortable 160 bed, cotton sheets and thick towels. Enjoyable and fresh terrace. Apartment quite dark, but cool in high heat, and we weren't there during the day. Shower very nice, but not accessible for people with limited mobility (low wall to span). Quiet area and very close to the sea, easy buses to the city center, train station, airport. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

We were guests of Veronika's apartment for three days, along with our two young children. The house was impeccably clean and cared for in every detail; the decor, even more beautiful than in the photos, creates a really welcoming atmosphere. Located in a panoramic position slightly above the center of Sori (just a five-minute drive), the apartment offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The private car park was a fundamental convenience, considering how difficult it can be to park in the area. From Sori, the train station allows you to easily reach Recco and Camogli, while the ferries lead to Portofino and San Fruttuoso: Veronika's house is therefore a perfect base to explore the Riviera di Levante. Veronika has always been kind and very quick to communicate. We highly recommend your apartment to anyone who wants to stay in this beautiful area!

Delightful house, spacious, clean and full of care. Great location to reach downtown and sea (really two steps!). Last gem: The restaurant next door does an exceptional service, practically like having a half board comfortably at home, choosing what to eat! All appreciated, we'll be back. Ps. We were two adults with two children aged 6 and 4, all suitable!

Lorenzo did an amazing job. From the checkin until the checkout everything was perfect. if we had a question, we always got a super quick answer from Lorenzo. he also had a lot of good recommendations, like which restaurant or which beach we could go. Everything as described by the owner! The villa is in a very nice location, privacy is absolute and in a few minutes by car you can reach the beaches, supermarket and everything you need. The pool is a healthy touch for hot days. In the house there is everything you need for every need and even more. Loredana was very welcoming and ready for every need! We'll be back.

Although we booked Casa Sally at quite short notice, everything worked out wonderfully. We were in pleasant contact with Mario during our trip from Hamburg to Genoa, who also gave us valuable tips on excursions & sights during our stay on site. On site we were welcomed by Pietro (Mariarosa's son), who showed us everything worth knowing about the house, which is extremely charming with its Mediterranean style with a breathtaking view of the sea, even if the access to the house requires driving skills, as well as a well-motorized vehicle, but it is always worthwhile, as you live at the top of the mountain in the middle of an olive plantation completely undisturbed. We were also able to enjoy the benefits of the pool & hot tub in a private atmosphere. The only thing we missed in the summer heat was air conditioning, but we were able to remedy it with our own fan. Thank you Mariarosa for the great hospitality.

We loved our stay and Daniela was a great host. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing - but just be prepared that the walk into town is very steep and the path a little overgrown - not so easy after dark or with shopping! For us through, it was more than worth it for the views. The villa was lovely, very traditional Italian style and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit and not very easy to find in this area so we and the kids loved it. We felt very at home. One thing to note is that the rubbish disposal is a little difficult and we had to dispose of all of our rubbish ourselves, which we didn't realise - the bins are located at the bottom of a very steep hill and road so if you don't have a car, it isn't easy. Other than that, we loved our stay and will hopefully return!

The place was nice and peaceful, and the places were very clean, and there was enough space for 8 people. If necessary, we got instructions quickly if we had any questions. Since the place is on a slope, it is worth preparing to travel by car if you have, for example, heavy loads. You can also walk along a nice route to the center. We all had a good feeling about the vacation.

Very nice flat. If you have a big car, the roads and parking are a little bit challenging, but its ok. After a few rides you get used to the roads :-) You have to be aware that you are not alone, but Marinas family and other guests are possibly nearby. We liked the italian feeling and had no problem with it. Marina and family were very helpful, shared some food and were just very nice. All together a wonderful experience and a great basecamp for exploring the area. Thx to Marina and here family!

Claudia is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is spacious and the view in the garden is absolutely fantastic with nearby bath. We had a greet week and would love to come back!

A great location, both inside and outside. All bedrooms were really nice and comfortable, the rest of the house was also perfect. You have to drive up the mountain for a while to reach the house, but then the view is stunning. The terraces and the pool are also beautiful. Maybe even better then the pictures. If I have to mention one small negative point, it is that you can hear the highway down below the mountain when you sit outside at the terrace, but I give the location a big ten.

Caring / attentive host, always easily accessible, responded directly to needs (for example, if something was missing in the kitchen), gave good advice for exploring or restaurants. Car is an advantage - the footpath from the village of Camogli to the house leads via a staircase - the location and view is indescribably beautiful.

The apartment is really spacious and equipped with everything you need, furnished with taste and simplicity. The location is strategic: close to the station, the port, in the heart of the historic centre, a stone's throw from bakeries, bars, restaurants, shops, etc. We always moved on foot and by train. The neighborhood is popular, so you need to be prepared, but this is not an impediment to visiting or returning home. We were 4 girls and everything went great! Thanks to the hospitality of Cristiana and Paola and their advice we had a wonderful weekend! Highly recommended!!

Great experience, the apartment is in a good location, right in front of Nervi Park and convenient to the station. It has everything you need (even for children), clean and well organized. The only inconvenience could be the stairs, both to access, and inside the apartment, but for us it was not a problem. It's also very convenient to have a parking spot. Maximum availability and reachability from the owners. Recommended!

Some of the most breathtaking views I've ever seen. Ale's home is gorgeous, cosy and unique and a real treasure for book lovers. It was beautifully cool on the hottest days and the shaded balcony gave endless views of the sea, really a gem of a place!! Ale was incredibly helpful and kind, and did his best to accommodate us in every way. We had truly a fantastic time. Would very much recommend!

The stay at Maria Paola's was really pleasant. The house was clean, welcoming and perfectly in line with the description of the listing. I spent a few days in Genoa with my family and we had a great time! The house is large, tastefully furnished and clean, the host responded to all our needs. The space is highly recommended for those with small children: the master bedroom has been gilded with a gearbox and the high chair is also available. The only difficulty is to access the apartment having a stroller because it requires you to take a few steps. Definitely recommend!
