The listing already promises, but expectations have actually been exceeded. The house besides being BEAUTIFUL is super cozy, well maintained and equipped. The location is perfect, because it is close to the center, but in a place with guaranteed privacy - the walk to the center is fast and tasty. The walk to the poles of São João is quiet as well. It was super easy to reach the site, the owner sent us a video that shows the way to go from the center to the house. Marielly was very willing and kind to us. Perfect experience!

Maria's house was exactly as in the photos, the pool was very clean and crystal clear, it made you want to stay in it. There was a very pleasant gourmet space with a barbecue and a fireplace... both of us had the assistance of the caretaker to light it and that helped a lot. It's a great place, quiet, and with easy access to the centre of Bonito. Voltaria again for sure.

This was our second stay and, once again, we left delighted! The place is simply beautiful, surrounded by nature and with an incredible view of Pedra do Rodeadouro — perfect for those who want to rest and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. This time, we brought our own food and enjoyed the kitchen, which is super complete and well equipped. My family and I had a perfect stay, our first time in Bonito was unforgettable. Perfect hotel and extremely cozy apartment, nothing to complain about because everything was impeccable. I travelled with my husband and our dog Nina. These were days of great peace, nature, waterfalls, trails, and perfect rest. Pedro's flat surprised us from the moment we entered! Very clean, a wonderful smell of cleanliness, both in the apartment itself and in the sheets and towels. Very comfortable! I need to talk about Luana too, who attended us very quickly and kindly, always ready to answer questions and indicate the best tours in the region. The apartment is inside a super farm hotel, so we had breakfast and dinner there every day, the value and the menu are very good, and we had lunch by the waterfalls in the region (all have a restaurant structure). We are already counting the days to return and enjoy more of that paradise called Bonito! Go! I recommend Pedro's flat and the tour of the waterfalls in the region to everyone.

The place is very beautiful, it has an incredible view and the climate is great. Ideal for those looking for adventure and wish to have a greater contact with nature. The owner is a love of person! We received it with great cordiality, showed the entire site and provided all the necessary information.
