Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cartago Province

Very cozy place, great views, nice surroundings, my children charm that the place had fruits and plants , the detail of leaving pilots for the children is appreciated.

The gardens were a wonderfully peaceful respite. It was like taking a vacation while on vacation. The room was great, as described, and even had a dehumidifier available. The property is away from the city (we were able to Uber in and out of the city without too much issue - just a delay in finding a driver one night. We loved exploring and having our morning coffee in the gardens. We didn’t meet Phil, and we weren’t able to get a gate opener for our stay, but it worked out OK with two of us (one to drive the car and the other to get out and operate the gate).

Great 🟢 accommodation for when attending events at Hacienda Sitio Mata, it can even be reached on foot. 🟢Pretty quiet and safe place. 🟢 Amenities are as described. 🟢 Marlon is very attentive to needs. 🟡 The parking lot is on the edge of the street (Parqueo 1) but it has a space to store the cars less than 40mts safer (Parqueo 2) a little steep but more hidden, in the same way, the area is very quiet. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed because we had an activity at the Guayabo National Monument. The location was ideal because we were 20 minutes away. The stay is worth it and offers a beautiful view for breakfast outdoors. If we had stayed longer, we would have liked to paint a stone, because the option was there.

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is incredible. The apartment itself was lovely, very clean, and I loved the industrial floors because it made it that much easier to have a pet, and not worry about the mess or smell of a previous pet in the floors. The Host communicated as soon as I arrived, and was available to me constantly. I appreciated the fast responses, and their professionalism.

Very spacious, quiet and private environment, with lots of nature and space for walking. Great for large groups. The pool is impeccable with a comfortable and very usable ranch. Very well equipped and with everything required for cooking. Very friendly host, attentive to inquiries and flexible with our departure, which was a point of great value, as well as the caretaker, who is very friendly and willing to help. Aspects to improve: the fans are not sufficient and in large groups this is a very important aspect (consider placing more or A/C), the equipment must be fixed to use the screens properly. It was our second experience at the place and it was very satisfactory.

An experience in the mountains of Costa Rica. The highest village in Costa Rica is just a few minutes away by car. The property is located between 3 national parks. To get to the accommodation, Julian welcomed us warmly and brought us to the house. The views in the bedroom and living room are priceless and are definitely second to none!! We enjoyed it extremely much. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay at this altitude!

A beautiful area, full of peace and with a delicious climate. Everything nice, clean and organized in the cabin. We slept deliciously and the blankets were perfect for that rich mountain cold, Jefferson was super friendly and attentive. We are grateful.

The room is beautiful, sleeping and waking up with a view of all the vegetation is beautiful, the weather is perfect, lots of birds, and the cabin is super clean. You have to walk a small slope to get to the place but everything else is excellent

What a gorgeous space! The large room was the perfect spot for us to stop during our road trip. The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. Natalia and Don Miguel were wonderful to deal with. The farm is located in a perfect place in the mountains to see the country, the view was spectacular! We were happy to be travelling in a 4x4, however the road to the farm is mostly paved. There are sign outlining where to go, it was easy to find with the instructions. We would stay again. My friend and I had a great one-night stay at Fabio's place. Everything was impeccably clean, very well decorated and perfectly in line with the listing. The beds were very comfortable, which allowed us to rest well. I also really appreciated the small touches of the owner, as well as the responsiveness and kindness during our exchanges. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to amenities. I highly recommend this place and won't hesitate to come back if the opportunity presents itself!

We LOVED staying there. It had awesome views, Fabiola was very responsive, the fireplace was a highlight and the kitchen was well equiped. We explored during the day then came home to a fire, cooked dinner and played games in front of the fire. Will definitely go back!!!

The sound of the river is relaxing, the owners are building a beautiful place with a lot of effort, it will undoubtedly be a unique place, it is a few meters from the Gato river and the entrance to the Marta shelter, the place has trails and access to the river and unique landscapes!
