This place was immaculate! Sacha is such a great host! She stayed in touch and was there for any questions I had. She made sure we were comfortable. Her instructions are extremely helpful and clear. The neighborhood is so cute and has everything you need within walking distance. This felt like home but with a more comfortable bed lol

It was an amazing stay with David! The location was beautiful, peaceful, & welcoming. The apartment was clean, comfortable, & had everything we needed. It was a perfect distance to Newnan & Peachtree City, far enough yet close enough. It truly was a perfect spot. David was flexible with our check out time, which we greatly appreciated! We met David and his wife while they were out feeding the ducks at the pond, they are the sweetest folks!! We are already looking to book again for our next visit to Georgia.

Mary’s place was a sleek, stylish and private home away from home. Perfect location to feel like a local yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel like you were actually in a condo oasis. Her place has everything you need including a balcony view for morning tea!

Small but mighty! This place has a kitchenette as opposed to a full fledge kitchen, however, it completely suited our needs. It reminded me of a European flat — a larger than mini fridge but smaller than you probably have at home, a small stove top but no oven, and a mini dishwasher. Coffee was provided with the Keurig, which we totally enjoyed, and there was an electric kettle that we used for the instant oatmeal we brought. Two small but private bedrooms makes this Airbnb better than a hotel room. The bathroom was small, but nice. The kitchen, dining, and living area was not huge, but it was very well designed to function well and look nice. Linens were well stocked and completely sanitary and comfortable. Beds were decent. Access to the place was easy and convenient. Hosts were top notch with communication, professionalism, and kindness. The location to all things Atlanta was great!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jays place. Everything was exactly described as in the pictures. The city view was perfect. Jays place was clean, easy to find and felt like home. We’d booked with Jay again. Location is safe and property is well secured. If you’re looking for something easy, romantic and relaxing this is definitely your stay!

Where do I even begin? I’m a super picky person and due to that I don’t do Airbnb unless it’s absolutely necessary, but you see Shawn’s place? Amazing Amazing Amazing! Squeaky clean, i immediately felt like home! I literally hugged her when i stepped into the unit. Shawn is so thoughtful, this airbnb has more than you’ll even need. She’s also super helpful and responsive and would always check in to see if you’re okay. The location is awesome right on Roswell road with lots of things to do nearby. I remember Shawn saying to me, “I’ll only rent out a place I can personally live in” and that’s exactly what she did! If you’re like me, super picky, OCD, attention to detail … this is your best bet. Easily one of the BEST airbnbs I’ve stayed in. THANK YOU SHAWN!! You’re the BEST! I’m definitely going to miss this beautiful home!

Location was great for our trip. We were less than 10 minutes to the Coca Cola Roxy or the Battery area. Kitchen was great! Accommodations were excellent for our stay. Would recommend this host!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and a very convenient location, close to everything we needed. It was perfect for our family — my husband, our three young kids, and I all felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and just as described. We would definitely stay here again! Duy was a great host.

Mary Beth's place was absolutely perfect. It's an old house in the most perfect area of Edgewood. Quiet neighborhood. Even quieter back yard with great off the street parking. Even though it's a duplex, you don't hear the other side at all. 6 minute easy walk to Target, Marshall's, Petco.. etc. 12/15 min. easily navigated walk to Little 5. A little over a mile to Ponce City Market. We originally booked because we were going to a music festival at Pullman Yards (a mile away). We had friends come from surrounding Atlanta communities that were able to easily park on the street so that we could all walk the well lit straight shot to Pullman Yards together. Mary Beth's spot really is a gem. It's a great rental. She also has everything you need. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, dish detergent, shampoo/conditioner, tin foil, saran wrap, loads of spices and condiments. We will most definitely be back!

Katelyn's place was in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The house had exactly what we needed and loved having the three bathrooms!! The bedrooms were great because some could be sleeping while others were gathering in the common spaces and not a ton of sound travelled. that's what we loved best- the bathrooms and bedrooms. The house smelled so bad of marijuana when we arrived; it hit you very hard as we walked in the door. As we adjusted the air-conditioning temperature it dispersed a little as we were there over two nights. Just something to be aware of. No complaints otherwise. Plenty of towels , TP, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap to use. Thank you for letting us stay.

Junise was super responsive and friendly. Location was great, within a short distance to numerous restaurants, Centennial Park and the train system. Building concierges were friendly and polite.

My first time staying in an Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Desiree’s sky-high condo was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and with breathtaking views. The communication was top-notch; Desiree was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The on-site parking was a huge plus, making it super convenient. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

Sara’s place was perfect for my stay in Atlanta while attending an expo at the convention center. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Best part—it was just a short walk to the show, which made things super convenient. The area felt safe and was close to great restaurants too. Sara was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Atlanta for an event or vacation.

I was in town for a conference at a hotel one block away and appreciated being able to have a kitchen where I could prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. I was traveling alone and felt perfectly safe coming and going from the building, which has a 24-hour concierge. Adam's apartment has a nice balcony. I also appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was for cooking, and the great water pressure in the bathroom shower. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, though. They aren't provided.

I enjoyed my stay! It was nothing short of amazing. I had no issues with the apartment! The bed 10/10. The front desk people 10/10. Location…you guessed it, 10/10. Only Think is, there are people that hang around the apartment building, however, they didn’t mess with us at all. We felt safe walking Peachtree st. Close to the train and bus.

Eve was responsive and very friendly. The apt was very close to two MARTA stations & was great for 2 people staying a few days. The enclosed porch was nice to watch a thunder storm.

Overall I had a great stay. Had no issues checking in or parking. Host is great. Only complaint I had was the marijuana smell from other guests that was very strong especially when sitting outside on porch that would flow into the condo when you opened the door to go in or out the porch which was no fault of the host at all.

Perfect accommodations for a relaxing stay after busy days! The bed was VERY comfortable, noise was minimal (other than usual city traffic noise), and building staff were super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again should we find ourselves needing a space in the city.
