Townhouse holiday rentals in Carroll

This was the perfect overnight stay for my family! My husband and I were attending a wedding at the Barn on Pemi and it was the perfect driveable distance. The house has 3 ample size bedrooms, two of which had their own bathrooms. This was HUGE. Lots of sitting room to relax and Justin was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying at Staci’s place — it is one of our favorite rentals (and we travel a lot!)!! The location is perfect and Staci is super responsive. The home itself is cozy, clean and well-equipped with the essentials plus games. Our family of 4 enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as puzzling at the dining room table with the fire going :)

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was the perfect size and had all of the comforts of home. Great views and amazing location. Tom was very responsive and helpful. He has a great list of restaurants and local activities. 10/10 recommend. Would stay again.

We spent a beautiful weekend enjoying the fall vibes and exploring all of the beautiful nature destinations in the Franconia area and Kancamagus highway. Honestly, the space was a lot bigger than expected and the residences were secluded enough for privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we needed was right around the corner, so location was perfect. My children enjoyed the space, however, they couldn’t wait to just be out and active. I would definitely love to come back any time of the year. Only downside experienced was hearing running up/down steps that sounded from the next door townhouse which stopped before midnight and that we couldn’t really watch any tv/videos since the tv systems were outdated. A minor detail, but everything else compensated for it all and we loved our stay and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Lori’s condo with our two young children and another couple with their kids. The space was perfectly set up for our group, with plenty of room to spare. The condo’s location was ideal—right on the ski shuttle and within walking distance to the town square. It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect base camp for a winter weekend filled with great memories. We’re so glad we found this booking and would definitely stay again!

The original reservation at another unit canceled on us, unfortunately that seems to happen all too often. Fortunately Jo’s place was open and it was exactly what I was looking for. Booking it was headache free….something I really needed at the time. The interior is tastefully decorated! All the rooms are clean. Appears to have a brand new smart tv. I went to some of the other cabins that my family had rented. I’m not sure how but Jo’s place seems to be more open and has additional room. I don’t get it! lol! Anyway, if at all possible I’ll be looking to book Jo’s place in the future. You will not be disappointed.

Great family place to stay for a ski trip! Exactly what we were looking for with easy access to Loon mountain and restaurants right next door.

I have traveled a lot in my life and stayed in hundreds of places. This Airbnb was easily the most professionally managed Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Everything is labeled, well laid out and incredibly maintained. Heather is the most communicative host I have engaged with and she proactively gave us a list of recommendations, instructions and tips. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat and will keep an eye out for any other properties that Heather opens up! STAY HERE IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA! Trust me, its well worth it.

My wife, our two kids (3 y/o and 10 mon), and I, along with my brother, sister-in-law, and their 3 y/o loved staying at Jessica and Mark's condo. The check-in process was really easy and the unit felt like it had just been cleaned. The unit size is perfect for one large family or two smaller families like ours. The condo certainly could have accommodated another child or two if it was needed. We found the location relative to the mountain really convenient. Being past (east) of the Loon Mountain entrance allowed us to largely avoid the Kanc traffic that builds up in the morning and afternoon. We didn't have many questions for Jessica and Mark during our stay, but they responded really quickly to the few that did come up. We'd highly recommend Jessica and Mark's place!

Jason's rental is the perfect spot for families with young kids! This unit truly has everything you need. If I had read the listing more thoroughly (or hadn't received misinformation on other units) we could have left a lot of toys and supplies at home. I was a little hesitant about the downstairs layout (having to walk through the kids bedroom to get to queen bedroom) but we had no issues. It was also nice to have the sliding door to close when we wanted to read but open to hear the kids during the night. Baby gates are installed everywhere you would need for a toddler on the move. This space was also very clean, provided all supplies you need for your stay, and had high end finishes. The pool access was also a hit for my children. I definitely recommend Jason's rental and we hope to return!

This was a good setup for our family for an extended Memorial Day wknd (2 kids, 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 1 dog). The home was clean and the bathroom tolitries and coffee items were very appreciated! There was meant to be a travel crib but it was not on site; however, management did communicate quickly and delivered it about 1 hour later. It's listed upon booking, but wish the 5pm check in was earlier or without the additional fee for an earlier check in time. There is quiet time - but we did hear doors and running around late in the night from family in the unit attached to ours - so just something to note. It was very dog friendly for our fur baby - there was a bowl and dog bed. Simple things like washcloths and tissues would be helpful for future guests. Thanks for a nice stay overall!

I had an amazing time staying at this place. The location is great, it’s secluded and very quiet, yet only 10 minutes away from all the cute stores in North Conway. The space is cozy, clean, and has, hands down, the best view imaginable. I would absolutely stay here again. Danielle was a great host!

Mrunal’s Airbnb was a great stay! The place was clean, peaceful, and exactly what we needed to unwind. The views were absolutely beautiful — even better than expected. Perfect spot if you’re looking for some calm and natural beauty.

Magda’s place was perfect for our family of four ski vacation. We spent a week here in February. It is easily accessible to Attitash, Cranmore and Bretton Woods. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We loved the mudroom to leave our snowy apparel and multiple floors of space. This was a perfect spot for our family! Thank you!

The apartment is in a resort, within a half-hour drive to Mount Washington. The complex is beautifully maintained. The apartment is clean and decorated with taste. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The weather forecast said that it was going to rain during our stay. It turned out that the days are beautiful. After a good night’s sleep, I was woken up by the sunlight through the roof windows. I went downstairs, made a cup of coffee, then sit at the balcony to enjoy the sunshine, the Mountain View and the coffee. When the regular coffee pods were running out, I messaged the hosts and they promptly got someone to replenish the coffee. Grocery shopping is convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and bowls. Beds are comfortable and can easily fit 8 people. Native brand shampoo and conditioner were provided. We’d definitely consider staying here again next time when we visit this area.

We were looking for a week long stay near XC Skiing in NH. Tuan's condo was perfect. It was very spacious and felt brand new. It was convenient to North Conway and Jackson and therefore close to many skiing and dining options, yet it is located in a beautiful, private woodland location. Over the course of the week we had 3- 8 adults staying at the condo and it was great because of the open concept layout and 4 sleeping areas. Furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms were all comfortable and clean and worked well for that size group. The extra space in the lower level was very private and helpful for my two young grandchildren to have their own space, but one small note is that as is typical of most sofabeds, the mattress might not be well suited for an adult that is particular about their bed. During the week, we had several family members working remotely and the WiFi worked well for us. We would definitely return to Tuan's place in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at Hernan’s place. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood is so peaceful. The home has a very spacious common area. We recommend staying here if you are visiting the area!

Place was fantastic especially with having three kids with us the kids liked it and said they would be fine staying there and not going out to do what we had planned space was perfect plenty of dishes and pans to cook and even a tv in the master bedroom that we didn’t know was there would definitely go back there again without any hesitation

Can’t say enough good things about Jeff’s page. Free shuttle that runs all day to the mountain or you can even walk if you’re feeling up to it. Amazing views from the balcony. Would visit again!
