Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carrapateira

Very cozy home, with nice view from the balcony (the flowers were in bloom, that added to the experience). The outside of the building did not correspond with the cozy inside. 5 minute walk from the lovely beach, 10 minute walk to the supermarket.

If you’re looking for a peaceful spot to relax, take walks, and enjoy nearby beaches, this is the place. We loved every moment. The house was perfect, super clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were really comfy, and there are plenty of hiking paths you can reach on foot. The host explained everything clearly and made us feel welcome.

It was like a home away from home. Would have loved to stay.

Recommended accommodation without hesitation. As soon as we arrived, Mickaël was there to welcome us. He is very friendly. The house is impeccable, the entire private ground floor with private pool. A tenant lives upstairs but has their own access to the outside so no worries, they are discreet so if you see them once it's fine. The pool is bigger than in the photos so really interesting with barbecue and terrace. We loved our stay at Mickaël's and will come back without hesitation. As for the dog mentioned in several reviews, yes the neighbors have dogs, they are behind the wall on the barbecue side in kennels but during the day they are not there... you hear the barking a little in the evening and at night but it's really not all night or others in any case it can't ruin I think your stay unless a barking bothers you. House really lived up to our expectations.

We stayed at the villa with a toddler in September and absolutely loved everything about it- the space, the views, the pool and how peaceful it was. A car is a must as there isn’t much in the village, but once you hire a car it’s a short drive to lots of beautiful beaches in Algarve. Local restaurant Solar Do Farelo serves delicious traditional Portuguese food. Good communication with the host. Highly recommend!

We were very warmly received by Carmelita and also personally said goodbye, which we found very nice. The communication was very easy and fast. The location of the apartment is great – you walk less than 10 minutes and are already in the center of Lagos – yet it is a very quiet area. The garden space that belongs to the apartment is part of a beautiful oasis. We would definitely book again.

We can only agree with all the positive reviews. What we were looking for was just peace to relax and unwind and we found it here. Fantastic location, walking distance to the super beautiful beaches, nice restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance. Communication with Jan was impeccable. Only the dog barking was sometimes quite disturbing. All in all we had a nice time and are happy to recommend this place.

We were 6 adults and our stay was wonderful! The house exceeded our expectations and the location is close to all amenities. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very helpful as we arrived late and also needed a late checkout; we will certainly book again!!

Perfect place for peace seekers, car is necessary, supermarket is not really within walking distance and Lagos is also not. Furthermore, the beach is beautiful, with two restaurants/with also snack bar /cafe. However, stairs walk down. There were beautiful flowers in the Airbnb when we arrived. Large fridge with freezer, no microwave or oven available. Elmar is a friendly host. Airbnb fine. Nice shower, beds ok, nice and cool.

Everything was perfect! We had a friendly and smooth check-in with Riccardo and Verena. The apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The location is quiet and offers short distances to the beach and restaurants. We highly recommend a stay!

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. we had a wonderful stay. Great accomodations, nice bed, linens, very clean and welcoming. Beautiful deck, very comfy living room. Very close to ll the sights. Vanessa was extremely helpul with my questions. it was a perfect stay.

We (couple with a daughter of 1,5 years) had a pleasant stay in the apartment of Ingmar. The instruction was really clear to find it and enter for the first time as well as all other recommendations. The house is equipped with everything you need, the kitchen had everything to prepare a good meal after a sunny day at the beach. As the apartment includes a cot and high chair we can recommend it for others as well with children.

Ana is the perfect host and her flat couldn’t be more conveniently located for the sea front and a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The place had everything you need, was spotlessly clean and well-served by a huge swimming pool. I was well looked after by Cátia, her cleaner and Uber driver, who couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommended!!!

Vladimir is a very good host. He always helped us and also gave good tips in the area. He brought an extra gift for our 3 children and us. The accommodation is ideal for families, even with the use of the indoor pool just great. The complex itself is for families 1 A. Thank you Vladimir to you and your family.

A truly enchanting place close to nature, where we could relax and enjoy the proximity to the sea with a fantastic view. I especially found that there were real houseplants in the apartment and also on the fantastic terrace. Wonderful place for the December vacation. A rental car is advisable as the complex is a little outside. We will be happy to come back.

This ranks high among the top Airbnbs we have visited. The location is beautiful, great views, close to restaurants and the beach. It does require climbing a hill, so fair warning. Worth it to be close to the action but very quiet at night. I'd stay here forever if I could! Unit is well equipped for a family with kids. Love, love, love!

Wow what a beautiful experience! Anita went above and beyond so kind and helpful. From having food and wine waiting to helping us get bus tickets back to Lisbon and everything in between. The condo was exactly as pictures show with a million dollar view Easy access to beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Look forward to our next visit!
