Beautiful house. Well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Close to the pool and hot tub which was so nice for the little kids. We loved everything about this house. Definitely recommend.

This home was a wonderful place to stay for our girls’ trip. There was plenty of space for us to sleep and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We had perfect weather and the neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Our only complaint there was we didn’t have a great place to put the food we bought. The panty to the house is locked and the cabinets are filled. All of our food had to sit on the counter. The pool and beach were both great. We just had a hard time with the gate codes. Some of the codes we were given had “expired” according to the security officer at one of the pools. However, we seemed to not be the only guests that had that issue. The beach equipment was a nice touch but a few things need to be replaced. One of our friends sat in a chair and it reclined all the way to the sand. The cart will also not make it through the sand dunes. So plan that accordingly. But, there are PLENTY of beach towels. 👍🏻

This home was wonderful and in a quiet neighborhood! Very comfortable and the pool And pickle ball courts were amazing! We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time on our spring break trip with family and friends! Peaceful and directly on the beach. The heated pool was a perfect addition! Plenty of room and space!

Carrie’s place was beautiful and spotless! There was anything and everything available that you could possibly need…lots of beach towels, beach chairs, floats, nice beach cart, and the house was stocked with anything you need! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The house felt private because it was surrounded by trees and shrubs. Carrie’s local recommendations were spot on and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had an issue with the pool and dishwasher and Shellie reponded and corrected the issues in a timely manner. We rented it for a week and had family members come when able and we were all very comfortable. The back porch is wonderful. We already booked the Happy Habiscus for 9 days next year. Can't wait!

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

Evacuated from idalia after learning we would not have power for weeks. We found refuge there last minute and the time between booking and checkin was within hours of each other. Very responsive very kind. The home was perfect. Lots of room. The separate pool house was ideal for our teenagers. I was so grateful just for power but this home far exceeded that.

Great place, great location!

It is a nice beach home. Only about a 7 minute walk to beach and pool. The house is big with lots of room to spread out. We rented the golf cart at the home. It seemed brand new and was fun to drive around. There was plenty of beach gear available during our stay in March 2025. We would consider staying here again.

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

What a wonderful stay for a family of 5! The golf cart made accessing the pool and beach so easy! We will be back for sure!

Thank you to Derek for sharing this beautiful, comfortable home with our family. The in law suite worked out great for my son in law, daughter and 2 year old grand baby for quiet naps and bedtime. We love this section of Windmark. Golf cart, scooter and bikes were great. My grandson caught black drum fish right off the beach shore just 1 block walk from the house. Comfy beds, plush towels. Highly recommend!

The home was exactly as described. The location in the WindMark community was fantastic. The kids loved the community pool, and riding in the golf cart. My mother found the attached apartment to be fantastic, and a was very impressed. We will definitely be stay here again.

A wonderful home that will accommodate a large group. It was set up so well inside and out! The outdoor area is perfect for hanging out and kids playing. The carriage house and garage entertainment space was perfect as well. Great for families and friends of all ages. I will definitely recommend this home to friends and family. It was so easy to cook for our large group on the kitchen and dine at the huge dining table.The area is quiet and peaceful. The beach was an exploration for all of us everyday when the tide was out. The pool at the clubhouse was the perfect break from the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and will be back. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

We had a great stay at Erica and Phillip’s home. Everything was clean! There was swimming, volleyball ,pickle ball and fishing. The bay was in walking distance on the frontside and the Gulf was walking distance from the back . Lots of things to do close by. Great restaurants and shopping all within 12 miles.

Comfortable, peaceful, roomy, clean and perfect! We will definitely stay here again!

Had a great visit and the house was in such a perfect location for our needs. Beach and pool were in easy walking and biking distance. Karen was very responsive and willing to help with any concerns! Would definitely go there again if we go back to that area!

Rob was very attentive to our questions. Very knowledgeable about local activities and things to do. We look forward to our next visit!

We’ve now stayed at this location for FOUR family vacations. Even with some hiccups this year, we hope to return again for a fifth. I cannot say enough about the thoughtfulness of the host, the natural beauty in this remote location, or the peace that being off the beaten path brings! The house was great. Also loved the tropical five minute walk to the beach. The house was very clean, quiet, very private, no bright lights anywhere and so comfortable. Hosts were so helpful and friendly. The house was also very well supplied. Thank you for a great stay.
