Monthly Rentals in Carpentera

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days spent in Jamie’s place. The home was spotless with a cheerful and fresh decor, a large shower, and a very comfortable bed. The amenities were well above what we have experienced (and expected), having been stocked with coffee supplies and waters in the refrigerator. If needed, there is a full-size oven and a clothes washer. The neighborhood is quaint and very residential but still just a 5-min walk to the sea. We enjoyed breakfasts from the panificio just around the corner. If one enjoys craft beers and burgers, the Caribù pub-style restaurant was delicious and only about a 10min walk. For those with small kids…McDonald’s is also nearby. It was a very nice getaway from the city for us. Mille grazie, Jamie!

We spent 8 days in the accommodation and were super satisfied. We felt right at home, everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. From there, we could do many beautiful things and the beach on site was also great. The hostess is very friendly, responds very quickly and always gave us very good tips. We can recommend the accommodation to everyone and would go back there at any time.

The apartment is in a great location overlooking the beach and is easily walkable into the town centre for cafes and restaurants. The apartment is clean and modern and the terrace is amazing with lots of different furniture. You have to park along the road, which is generally OK but we did struggle at the weekend to park. This is a fantastic apartment & we had a great holiday- would definitely recommend it!

We (6 adults, one toddler) had a fantastic time at the villa! It is very charming, with the perfect blend of historic character and modern amenities. It has everything you need for a great stay. The location is very peaceful and yet well connected. A large store selling groceries and other stuff you may need is a few minutes drive away, and there are restaurants and markets nearby in Pozzalo. We mostly cooked dinner at home since we loved eating outside on the veranda. We also enjoyed the infinity pool. The villa serves as an excellent base for day trips to places such as Siracusa, Modica, Villa Romana del Casale, Marzamemi, and Ragusa. William and Antonella are the most welcoming hosts, and they shared lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It was a pleasure meeting them, and we hope to visit again!
