Vacation home at the castle

Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Eifelloft21 Monschau & Lake Eifel

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Away from the mainstream holiday parks. No crowds of people. No traffic, no noise, no community pool or kids disco. Lots of beautiful nature, fishing ponds, endless walking and cycling paths and nice restaurants nearby. The Punthuisje is a unique Aframe cabin completely renovated with natural materials and lots of luxury, including a private wellness garden. In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

It is located in the centre of Aachen, about 5–7 minutes' walk to Aachen Cathedral, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park, Christmas market. Chio is about 2 km away by car or 20–30 minutes on foot through a beautiful city park. From 01/01/2026, the city of Aachen will charge €2.50 per person per night. The fee is payable on arrival.
