Holiday rentals with a patio in Caroline Springs

We absolutely loved our stay at Simon’s place – it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the MCG and only five minutes to Fitzroy Gardens. Just a quick stroll to IGA for everyday essentials, or a slightly longer but easy walk into the city for Coles and Woolworths. Being so close to the free tram zone made getting around and exploring Melbourne convenient. The apartment itself is stunning –, stylish yet uncluttered, warm and cozy during the winter months. It had the basic essentials, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher. A Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus! It was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor patio during our visit; it’s clearly well set up with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Communication with the cohosts, Mark and MJ, was excellent from start to finish. They made everything smooth and easy. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this gorgeous apartment in the future! Thanks again!

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

Haijing’s place was very well located and quiet even though it was within easy distance to every city convenience. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. I enjoyed my time there and give high marks to this host and her place. Thank you!

Nice, clean, quiet condo close to the waterfront. There is only one set of keys, which is something to consider if you are traveling with people that may want to come and go on different schedules.

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

Absolutely wonderful and cute little place. My wife and I enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary there. We were pleasantly surprised at the proximity to the tollway but it was so quiet, it sounded like a shower of rain which actually helped us sleep. We would recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away for a night or two (from the kids especially)

I stayed at Hugh’s place and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had! The house was extremely clean, well-organized, and had absolutely everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to all the comfort details in every room. It truly felt like home. A truly marvellous stay! We didn't want to leave, 4 nights wasn't enough. It's well located private feels like your somewhere else...easy within minutes drive to Olinda town. Unfortunately a few days the weather wasn't in our favour but the toasty woodfire place surely made up for it. Thankyou again, we appreciate the extra welcoming gift.

My friends and I loved spending a weekend at Kris & Carlo's peaceful retreat! We snuggled up on the couch, looking out over the treetops and listening to our crackling fire. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the autumn colours! Comfortable beds and all the comforts of home.

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

The location was ideal, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The home had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra towels, which made our stay even more convenient. Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! The place looks exactly like the photos—very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential utensils and amenities. The outdoor entertainment area is a standout feature, offering beautiful views and a great space to relax. Communication with Dave and Nat was smooth and prompt. Overall, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

From the moment you walk through the door of Julies Airbnb it was welcoming and cosy. The view from the balcony was great to wake up to and the location was central enough to be within walking distance to all the great cafes and shops. Highly recommended, Julie is a great host.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
