Beautiful apartment in quiet court with excellent walking proximity to the highlights of Barrio Santa Cruz. The apartment is even more charming in person than in the photos. It is located on 3rd (top) floor of a beautifully renovated building, with a light well and surprise access to a roof terrace. There is an elevator for access with luggage. Our host was excellent, answering all our questions quickly and providing amenities such as coffee and cold beverages upon arrival. Her friendly responses made us feel like friends. I would be delighted to stay here again!

As a couple in their late 50’s this place was ideal. It was in the centre of all the tourist attractions, restaurants and cafe’s. We love walking so staying here made sense as we just walked around everywhere and didn’t have to spend on tram, buses or taxi. The flat was a lovely size and had everything in it to make you comfortable. The only thing I would say as it’s above a bar/restaurant and lots of other restaurants in the area it is noisy till early parts of the morning but that didn’t bother us as we just loved how central it was to everything and we could pop in and out of the flat with ease. If you are one who needs absolute peace and quiet then this flat will not be for you. Communication was very good with the host and instructions on getting to the flat were very clear. We took the bus to and from the airport for 6 euros which was brilliant. Thank you very much Boutike for everything- we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely recommend.

Angela’s apartment is as described. It’s in a great location with everything you need. We tried many of the host’s recommendations for food including trying the local regional wine. Easy checkin. Very good central location, so there is some noise. Definitely stay there again.

This was probably one of my favorite Airbnb of all times. It had a prove court years and pool to just hang out in the heat of the day. The apartment is massive and super clean and new. The ambiance is amazing - better than the photos and I really loved the hand painted library walls in the bathroom. The kitchen is new. But my favorite was the lounger in the entry room. The location was fantastic. Everything was fantastic. If we come back to Seville this is the only place I would stay!!

Lovely apartment, in a fabulous area, all the best places to visit easily walkable. Very quiet and pleasant area felt safe and secure. Towels and bed linen changed every other day, apartment kept neat and clean by Vanessa ( coffee pods topped up and many extras supplied) Rosa gave us helpful, friendly advice, and was quick to answer messages. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

Everything went very well, the only glue were the mosquitoes and some spider web but otherwise everything was very clean , good communication with the host very willing at all times.

Absolutely loved the location. Beautiful house and decks. Karina was wonderful. Helped us find restaurants and a great hair salon. Can’t wait to come back. So much more to see! What a great trip! Thanks Karina!

Loved our stay! The place is superb: a sleek design, perfectly balanced between modern and traditional. Very well equipped, clean, decorated with taste... we immediately felt good there. The city is full of charm, with its peaceful streets where it's good to walk. The supermarket 2 minutes walk away is very convenient. Only small point to note: parking can be complicated, especially during Semana Santa. But it doesn't spoil the experience. The location is ideal, about 30 minutes from Seville, making it easy to explore the area. Special mention to the owner, extremely responsive, attentive and concerned about the well-being of his guests. A real sense of hospitality that makes all the difference. A very nice discovery that we would recommend without hesitation!

We had a fantastic stay at Gracia’s! Stefan was very personable, super helpful, and proactive with recommendations. He went out of his way to book us tickets for the Flamenco and delivered them to us whilst we were out and about doing touristy things. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, with plenty of amenities and the air con and fans came in handy for those 40°+ days! Sleeping was comfortable and peaceful and the showers were powerful with no problems getting hot. The location was great, just off the main strip so quiet but close to everything we needed - everything you need within a ten minute walk. Sevilla was beautiful, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced and coming from the London this was a very nice, welcomed surprise 😆 Thank you for the stay

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very comfortable, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. One small thing to note: there was a noticeable odor in the kitchen and quite a few plug-in air fresheners throughout the unit. We’re a bit sensitive to strong scents, so we ended up unplugging them during our stay. We didn’t reach out to the host at the time, so that’s on us, but we wanted to mention it just in case it helps future guests. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again!

We very much enjoyed Sofia’s place. The flat is delightful and the terrace is especially lovely with its greenery and overlooking the surroundings - we often ate breakfast there and also some late evening suppers. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the dressing gowns & plenty of coat hangers. Thank you Sofia.

Desireé is super kind and attentive, everything was perfect for our stay. I was with a baby and was offered a cot that was of great value. Various utensils for use. The sofa bed is very comfortable. Air conditioning throughout the flat. Well located, close to restaurants, bus stops and supermarkets. Everything was perfect, we love being in Seville, thank you for being part of our trip ❤️

Firstly Nicholas is a great host. He makes the effort to communicate much before you arrive. This is a very central place and all walks / tours can be planned easily from here. There is so much to do in Seville that we didn’t get a chance to use the cool outdoor plunge pool more than once but when we return we shall!! The master bedroom is big! Lovely patio area to relax and have drinks Real Alcazar and Seville Cathedral round the corner…. So convenient … lovely walk via canal path to Triana which has nice restaurants. A circular walk from Nicolas’s place - by Canal de Alfonso XIII - Parque de Maria Luisa - Plaza de Espana - into the lovely jardines del Sebastian, past Plaza Don Juan de Austria, skirting Universidad de Seville and then into Murillo Gardens with lovely Oleander trees - through Santa Cruz and back to the place for future guests will emphasise the central location. Sara's apartment is perfect even in the heat: well insulated, in the shade and with air conditioning, much appreciated in Seville. It is also organized and decorated with very good taste and that shows and makes the stay more pleasant, we loved the bathroom, the room, too. The bed is good, good mattress and good pillows that allowed us to have a very good rest. An ideal apartment that we will use again when we return to Seville.

Look, if you go to Seville, you can rent this place without fear. I felt very welcome by Alberto, and the environment had everything necessary for a good short or long stay. I rode my bike to the centre of Seville and walked back through the streets, taking in the unique architecture of this charming city. Alberto was an exceptional host, gave tips about the city, made check-in flexible and even helped me with food. When I return to Seville, I will look for your apartment again.

This Airbnb was wonderful! It’s in a great location, it was immaculate, and the hosts were excellent communicators. I would highly recommend this choice.

Raquel was very kind from the beginning, helping with everything. The arrival was perfect without waiting, as Raquel was waiting for me when I arrived. The apartment is perfect with everything you need, and it is very well located with buses and trams very close to get to the center of Seville. There is a supermarket two minutes' walk away, and that is appreciated. Raquel was a super host. And the apartment is perfect and air-conditioned throughout the house, something essential in Seville.

Great location with parking included. Apartment is lovely and has everything you need for a city break. Host was super helpful and always on hand to answer any questions. Streets to the apartment are a little narrow so would avoid driving to the apartment if you are in a big car but otherwise we could not fault our stay!

We have stayed in Triana a number of times but this has been our best stay to date. We are delighted to have found Miguel’s apartment. The apartment is very spacious with all the necessities for a great holiday but the huge terrace and hot tub are fantastic after a long day sightseeing in the city. We loved staying here and will do so again on our next visit to Seville.

Perfect location. Felt right at home right away. Lovely Triana location. Sofia explained the parking garage and access to apartment which made it easy to use. Jacuzzi was a bonus.

A lovely apartment. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Heloise is a charming attentive host. Very close to the bus stop and walkable to most everywhere. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sevilla.

A fantastic apartment which is perfect for two couples - both bedrooms with en suites. The location was great and walking distance to all the attractions - hot tub and balcony was a great bonus in the late afternoon in the sun. Would recommend :)
