Rami's place was as described and pictured. Rami was very responsive when we had trouble finding the apartment at first. The apartment was very walkable to ciao italia and millpoint book caffe. We had an enjoyable time and very good rest. Beds were comfortable and place was really clean and tidy. Thank you for the lovely place to stay. Our family had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay at Rose’s apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and we especially appreciated the little touches like extra towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to local cafes, shops, and public transport. Rose was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and respectful of our privacy while still making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area, and we’d love to stay here again next time we’re in town.

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made it so easy to relax. The space felt so homely and welcoming, you can really tell that care has gone into every detail. The location is fantastic too, close to everything but tucked away just enough to feel like a little retreat. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Nang's place with our 2 young kids. The house was lovely and I truly appreciated all the baby & kids amenities that Nang has thoughtfully provided for us ❤️ It was very helpful and we felt right at home. There were even toys which my kids absolutely loved and it kept them occupied at home. Everything was clean. The location is nice and near to IGA which was rly convenient. Nang was also super responsive when we needed any help. Overall great experience and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a homely stay in Perth, especially for families.

Jenny's place was cozy and well equipped with a wide variety of amenities, which made us feel right at home. She was also very responsive to our inquiries and prompt to pop by with anything we needed. Grateful for the portable heater she sent over and the step stools for my kid.

Simply great :) A home that was perfect for 6 adults and 2 babies. The home was a unique design and had comfortable beds and furniture. Backyard is brilliant for your own BBQ. The kitchen is so well kitted that you won't need to eat out much but with all the recommendations given, you would be crazy not to explore especially when there is a mini-CBD just next to your airbnb. A few things to be prepared for; yes it is only 1 bathroom but we know we can make it work. Host may consider ways to improve the water pressure and alternative heating. I will say the warmest room in the house to stay warm is their living room, the heater was really good. Anyway, very little issues. on top of all that, May was very communicating even bought portable heaters when we needed more heating. May is very friendly, rest assured you can ask for anything and she will do her best to help.

This is my all time favourite airbnb. This place be to me like key be to lock. Beautiful old home with high ceilings, the furniture is spread out and well positioned so there's are atmosphere of free movement and space. The kitchen is positioned so it gets a lot of sunlight, making it ideal for meal preparation during the day, it gets quite warm though. You can really feel a temperature drop as you walk to the front of the house away from the kitchen. You would have to use the aircon on the hotter days while cooking but it's still far superior to the average modern home. The bathroom is spacious, there's no shower curtain because it really isn't required. There's a large window you can open and have a shower while listening to the birds in the morning. There's really nice soap and hair wash provided so you don't need to worry about bringing your own. All the rooms are super spacious and the bed I slept in was really comfortable. There's loads of pillows everywhere 😴 You'll love it!

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Nang's house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and we appreciated the toys and games that kept our kids busy. Nang was also quick to respond to any messages. We had a great stay and would choose to stay again next time.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!
